Angus is a classic showing. I would suggest making the second ability more modern. The cost is very taxing and doesn't need to be. Possibly something like, "Once each turn, at any time you could cast an instant, you may return Angus and another target legendary permanent to its owner's hand."
Xira is creating one token or three? It would fine if it was three, just FYI. It would be worded, "a red, a green, and a black 4/4..."
Gosta Dirk only wants to attach two equips at most. It would be a fine legend then, and still immensely powerful.
Bartel is a bit overcosted. I would reduce the casting cost by at least one. The effect is taxing, and that covers costs across a spread.
Sol'kanar needs a flashier title, coming from "The Swamp King". The title also wants to run along the same lines, which are dark and ominous.

That ability is a reference of the card Karakas, I don't think, making it free would be balanced

It refers to Sol'kanar true nature as a maro-sorcerer prior being correupted by Geyadrone Dihada

That's not necessary, even if Equips are powerful. It's a nice gem piece for the cost with that effect. Makes it interactive and gives it play value.

Because it's still only defensive. You have defender there. It's easy for the opponent to play around and remove. If it stays on the board, the 3 other copies in your deck are just wasting space. If it's even one mana cheaper, you can make more effective use of them in the face of heavy removal.

No, because you still have to recast it. It's very unlike Karakas in that way. The split of 6 mana is too taxing—the design will go to waste.
You need another common after green then. It should make 3 tokens. That would really make it pop—especially as a 1/1.
