1) undercosted for a 2/2 green creature.
2) Wizards very rarely prints direct hosers of a mechanic within a set (ie during oddysey when flashback was all the rage there was no tormod's crypt, during mirrodin there was no shatterstorm, when faeires and kithkin were popular there was no engineered plague, etc)
This though clashes with the fact that "transform" is a bidirectional action, i. e. there exists no "untransform" in analogy to tap/untap.
A permanent can be transformed twice and end with the front-side up, so the preferable wording would be:
"Exile target permanent with the back-face up."
Note that this isn't equal to "face-down" since only a DFC has a back-face and hence the distinction holds.
Similarily nonDFC Clone-variants should be immune.
Alternative (that I do not favor over the previous wording): "Exile target back-faced permanent."
Of note: The updated rules define no term for the state of "back-face up". We can assume such a card/mechanic will not appear in the current block; Moonmist suggests strongly a disregard for front-face and back-face in wordings in favor for indicative characteristica (especially considering the existence of "back-face up" Human permanents as printed).

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

A hate against transform card. What do you think?
Exile target transformed card?
In any case:
1) undercosted for a 2/2 green creature.
2) Wizards very rarely prints direct hosers of a mechanic within a set (ie during oddysey when flashback was all the rage there was no tormod's crypt, during mirrodin there was no shatterstorm, when faeires and kithkin were popular there was no engineered plague, etc)

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
