Contract KillingB
Instant
Destroy target creature, it can't be regenerated. You get an emblem with “At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 2 life.” When dealing with demons, always be sure to read the fine print.
Arm or EyeB
Sorcery
Destroy target creature unless its controller discards two cards.
Fork of Horripilation2
Legendary Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature loses all abilities and is 1/1.
Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by equipped creature this turn is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, if equipped creature is on the battlefield, you win the game.
Equip 4
Sounding Stones1
Legendary Artifact
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a resonance counter on Sounding Stones.
Remove 10 resonance counters from Sounding Stones: Put a 10/10 blue Leviathan creature token onto the battlefield.
Darva Karlov, Magistrate1WB
Planeswalker - Darva
[+2]: Target player loses 1 life. You gain 1 life.
[-3]: Exile target creature. Its controller puts a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
[-4:] You get an emblem with “At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent loses 1 life. Gain life equal to the life lost this way.”

A recent discussion about cheap 'Walkers reminded me of this card I made for the Instant Coffee game some months back and that has been chilling in my file ever since:
Radha, Keldon WarlordRG
Planeswalker - Radha
[+1]: Put a 1/1 red Human Warrior creature token onto the battlefield with “this creature attacks each turn if able”. It gains haste until end of turn.
[+1]: Target creature gets +2/+2 and must be blocked this turn if able.
[-4]: Untap each creature you control. After this main phase there is an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase.

Contract Killing seems like too much of a drawback for such a simple effect.
Arm or Eye is pretty bad, for B you have cards that allow you to make a player discard a card. Two cards would be more like it.
Darva is fine, but she seems a little underwhelming to me. I would rise her price by 1 and her loyalty too, make the first ability only add +1, make the second ability put the token under your control, and redesign the ultimate.

Actually, Darva was largely build with her ultimate in mind. I like the idea of activating it two or three times in a game an bleeding your opponents dry, although it's possibly too slow. This is part of the reason her first ability grants +2; so you can activate her ultimate more often. (I don't really like how they essentially do the same thing, but I couldn't think of a simple, elegant positive ability for a WB 'Walker.)
I'm glad Radha isn't busted in half. The general concensus seemed to be that 1/2CMC 'Walkers probably provide too much advantage to soon and generally weren't "epic" enough. I'm sure Wizards could retcon her spark back if they really needed to (not that I condone such behaviour). Perhaps it's an alternate reality Radha?
Updated Contract Killing to give it a little more oomph. Although it's a simple effect, it's still terribly efficient. Similarly updated Arm or Eye with suggestions in mind.
If anyone's wondering, the Fork is rather blatantly based on this.
Yeah, Goblin Assault says she's probably far too good.

Radha seems fine I guess.
Wow, seeing as how Radha is actually my fav MTG character I must say that I like her pw card. Too bad she can't be a pw lol.

Thought of this whilst kicking names with my Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper EDH deck:
