Looks decent I suppose, though I'm not sure whether Sphinxes can be manic.
I like all of these. In fact, I like just about everything you come up with. :3
Throw Back = Could it even be "damage equal to that creature's power"? I mean, it would have to cost more, I guess, but that would be cool.
I am wary of giving UR a common Nameless Inversion that can double as damage prevention... I do feel that 1UR might be too much for the effect but UR still feels like too little. I'm not sure which side is better to err on.
Throw Back is my favorite of these. My main motivation for using the "that player" wording is so that, if you've stolen a creature (in UR, not unlikely) you can Throw it back to its owner's hand and have him or her take the damage. With "that creature's controller," you take the damage even though the other player gets back the creature, which feels a bit unintuitive. I like keeping it cheap, though having damage scale with the size of the creature is pretty awesome. I'll consider it.
Cloaked Cutthroat is not exciting, or terribly interesting. But three power and unblockable for three mana is not bad at all. And unblockable is one of the relatively few areas of intersection for UR and should be played up more, especially in red.
Weird Prototype could be common I guess, I had forgotten about Brackwater Elemental. I was just thinking of Fog Elemental. No flying is a pretty big difference, I guess.

Could easily cost UR or cantrip.
~ deals 2 damage to that creature's controller. Unsummon + Shock = Good.
So R turns Phantom Warrior from a 2/2 into a 3/1. Okay I guess, but not very exciting.
Brackwater Elemental suggests this could be monoblue and a common. Might look better as a hybrid.
Levitation + Fervor. Simple and elegant. I like.
