Explanations
Future Sight: The better your cube gets, the worse this card gets
Braingeyser/Mind Spring/Stroke of Genius: Do you need 3 x draw spells in blue? I rarely build a deck that want's one. If you have to include one just play stroke.
Time Warp: CFost too much for it's effect. Time Warp is a fair card.
Crystal SHard/Vedalken Shackles: You should play both of these as blue cards. Despite the fact you can techinally play either of them in any decks, I would never play Vedalken Shackles in a non blue deck.
Black looks better than blue does. Your not running enough Legs in this section. Only 35%. (38% if you count sarcomancy and bitterblossom). If you run cards like sarcomancy, Vampire Lacerator, and Carnophage, you need to support agro more indepth. Otherwise these cards will always just be in people's sideboards. Suggested changes
Necropotence/Pox: The tripple black hurts this alot.
Desolation Angel: This is a Black White card, put it in the seciton it belongs in
SKeleteal Vampire: Not good enough anymore
PHyrexian Negator: Does anyone play this card?
If you do these changes, you will be up to 28/60 creature in black. WHich is much more acceptable to anyone who wants to attack with creatures for the win.

WHAT? I understand there has been some hate for this card recently but that just makes no sense to me. The better the cards it reveals the better FS gets. You can argue that there isn't room for it (an argument I'd only consider at 360) but to say that FS get worse as the cube gets better just doesn't make sense.
@Eidolon232 Right on both counts. By "better" I ment faster and more balanced. And Deep Analysis is amazing. I have no idea what I ment to put in it's place though.

the problem arises when those cards never get revealed in the first place. which happens if your cube supports aggressive strategies and has enough artifact/enchantment hate. future sight is a draw spell that often won't do anything until turn 6 or 7 and needs further turns to get a reasonable return for your investment.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
I have a few cards (like, some blue tempo stuff, Propaganda, and Countryside Crusher) in Pringles' list that I wouldn't cut from my own cube, but on the whole it's all superb advice, and every one of the cards he lists as adds are necessary cards for a cube of this size.

Quick look through your list I finished blue, black, red, and green. But I need to do some other stuff. I'll try to get back to this later.
I find it hard to call a list perfect that includeds Mind Spring and Braingeyser.
I would suggest making the following cuts/additions to blue.

My secondary "cube".
Really out of date cube thread with pictures.
