For the moment, I believe we are better off keeping things as they are. I have however added a request for such feature (as well as red flagging) to be added by Alex. We'll see how that goes down. (We'll also see how my proposition to Alex will go down, although I do not expect much on that front )
I was digging around for stuff on Multiverse and editing some stuff on my own set and I have found the way to export from Multiverse. In the set pages, there is a page named Export and you simply click the format you want to download. That way we can back up stuff if we want. If we do render it open to edits, I would love that we quickly work out a way to work with proposition and edits of cards.

Hey guys, don't know if yall are still around, but I'm finally back from dealing with some family matters. I apologize for all of the delays these last few months.
Now onto some cards:
White:
- I've replaced Clock In with Unwind at 2W.
- Midnight Thopting is a bit over the curve at 2(2/W), our options are either to make it a sorcery or bump it up to 3(2/W) (which might be good now that Clock In is gone)
- Now that Clock In is gone we should find another lifegain card. Currently we've got Pillarfield Ox as a placeholder, so we can easily slot in a french vanilla lifelinker. Alternatively, we could give Unfinished Guardian lifelink instead of vigilance and give vigilance to the Pillarfield Ox slot.
Blue:
- I left a comment on Complacent Crew: If we're changing it I'd prefer something even simpler
- I like grim's suggested complex change.
- Should Twitch.tv target lands?

I'm still around (though quite busy with Grad school), I'll be able to pop in and comment/make suggestions but I won't be able to dedicate a huge chunk of time to the project.
As for the suggested changes, I'm fine with bumping up Midnight Thoptering to 3(2/W) and switching around the lifelink and vigilance french vanillas.

I am still around, but kind of busy traveling to another country. I do not have a lot of time either, so I will only contribute from time to time during the weekends.
For once I actually have a decent amount of free time, so if we can finish things up quickly I can start playtesting and relay my findings back to you guy.

Between work, game development and a book campaign, I don't have too much time on my hands but I will try to be aware of what is happening and will keep popping on Multiverse mainly to discuss changes. I will be doing a complete pass through for the remaining cards.
EDIT: So, uh... Have we ever decided on thrash/Recycle/whatever?
EDIT2 since i am still on this: I have no objections to anything Moon-E proposed.
BLACK:
Black still has blanks. Can we shoot down something at least temporarly to see where we are going?
RED:
Can we decide what to do with Prophet's Spiker? (I would like that we take a vote to choose a temporary version and keep the others in mind if that version doesn't work. I am personally voting for flowstone.)
Rickety Elemental has been left on the coals forever now. What do we do with it?
Thopter Vanguard and Terrorize are both on the coals in the spells. We talked about stuff but never finished them.
Steam Stoke is in the same boat again, with a few ideas thrown about (some really good ones too) but nothing complete. I would say Madcap Stoke might be our best bet in the style we were pushing with it.
GREEN:
I don't remember but what had we done with Definitely not Salvage Slasher? Pushed it to Uncommon if I remember?
Ambushing Spider/Trash Bear: The Thrash problem. What are we doing in the end?
We don't have a single deathtouch or regenerator in the entirety of green cards.
The empty card can become Hunt The Weak for the moment and then keep an eye on it.
ARTIFACT:
One-Eyed Scarecrow: Are we okay with this guy being a complete shutdown of thopters? Should we change it to "attacking creatures"?
Left comments on Clockwork Explosive and Syphon Unit as to what could be done to make them complete.
Let me share an idea of a card I just had. It might be an uncommon or rare. I do not think anything will come from it, I just found it interesting
Smog1R
Creature - elemental
2/1
Haste C: ~ gets +1/+0 until the end of turn
When ~ enters the battlefield, if a permanent you control would produce mana this turn, it produces that much C instead.

That is pretty interesting, although it does limit our use of steambreathing. (Too much is problematic) Having to tap for color before dropping Smog into play to play your Steampowered spells makes it interesting. Might be interesting to see the interaction between this and say, Twitch.tv where someone plays this, in response to the ability, Twitch.tv on your lands, do you want to tap them in response for colored mana, or did you want to have colorless mana?
It is a card I could see happening at uncommon for the U/R archetype.
Also! Since I have a lot of time in the next few days, I want to try and start something. I will be starting a new, open cardset on Multiverse called Archester Revival Cardpool, where I will be transferring the cards we created up to now and where I recommend everyone starts to put their card ideas so we can link easily to everything and try to shape up the skeleton faster.
I will also be creating a Skype group where we can quickly iterate through card designs. This should allow us to push faster through the concepts by weeding out simple mishaps/weird templates to only present on Multiverse cards that make sense to everyone. If you want to join, just add me on Skype (Volvary, using a joke avatar that references the default Skype avatar) with a mention of Archester and I will instantly add you to the group. (EDIT: Even better, skype allows me to give a link for you guys to join directly: https://join.skype.com/zTrVOFiWRFW9)
Hey guys, sorry for the hiatus again but I've got news to report this time: actual playtests!
I decided that while I was moving and would be away from the internet for a while, I'd print out some physical cards to play some games with. I just threw in a bunch of placeholder designs for the cards we hadn't figured out together yet. You can find my photo evidence here!
This was a short session so we didn't get to play with everything. There were just a few things that we discovered right away, most notably that Windup was ridiculously strong on fliers (even at sorcery speed). Right away I'm thinking we may have to change our Thopter tokens into non-flying tokens like Soldiers or Assembly workers just to cap Windup at a reasonable power level.
I'll let you all know more when I get to playtest again.

Switching to non-fliers seems reasonable and it would better distinguish us from Kaladesh.
I've also been thinking about Clues and Living weapons and came up with a possible solution to our issue with Component requiring another artifact to do anything. What if Components ETB attached to a blank colorless artifact token, similar to how Living weapons came in attached to Germs?
Finally, how did you make the stickers? I've been looking around but I haven't found anything that looks good.

Most of the components require the artifact to be able to tap. So the token will need something like "0 : Tap CARDNAME" to be useful for components. It would make for an interesting concept

Very nice for you to be able to playtest. I have three possible solutions for Windup: We could either change the base token to be something without flying (it can remain an artifact if we want for Components), cut the artifact tag, or make it so Windup can only put counters on non-token artifact creatures.
Honestly, I think cutting flying is a good idea since giving the "go wide" strategy evasion by default is a bad idea.

I'm not too fond of this idea. Not only does it increase the complexity of mechanic, but it kind of undermines the idea of upgrading in general. If they all came with a natural token, we'd have to make them cost a lot more, which in turn would make them less appealing (especially having many of them in the same deck). It would also reduce the need to combine them together. Plus as grim pointed out the tokens would need to have a tap ability, which would add even more complexity.
That said, I agree that components may be too narrow to work as a large theme at common, and we may want to look into tweaking them in some way. I'm just not sure that Living Weapon is the right way to go.
Finally, how did you make the stickers? I've been looking around but I haven't found anything that looks good.
I just bought some 8.5x11 sheets of full sticker paper then printed them and used a paper cutter to trim to size. The template is one of Pichoro's MSE templates.

I agree that this makes the most sense as a starting point. I'll test next time with them as ground 1/1s and see how things go.
FWIW, the Salvage version where you exile two cards from your graveyard played OK. I think it has a lot of interesting potential but it needs some more work (and slightly more exciting cards).
Also, I think we should do a bit of brainstorming on hybrid effects, since in all of the games we played nobody ever actually used the colorless version of the cost. Paying extra just wasn't worth it, since it was quite unlikely that you'd draw two lands before you drew one of the color you needed. The only cards were the colorless hybrid worked out well were the repeatable activation cards (i.e. the Prophet's cycle)
