Clash of Loyalties is a small 30-card set that you may add to any draft (by printing 68 custom cards. Don't worry, these don't go into decks.)
Before you draft with Clash of Loyalties, you hand a 'Planeswalker Commander' to each player. It looks like this:

What could be the use of such a commander? Well, you get it when you see these two added to your first booster:
The actual rules are:
- Knacks are a special card that is not included in a deck. At the start of each game, choose any number of knacks you drafted. Add their mana cost, color, and abilities to your Planeswalker Commander.
- You may cast your Planeswalker Commander from your commander zone. If it would leave the battlefield, put it into your commander zone. You may cast it again, for an additional and cumulative 2 (no other rule from the commander format applies.)
- Each player gets 2 knacks per booster, from a pile that contains 3 of each uncommon, 2 of each rare, and 1 of each mythic.

It's an interesting, I'm not sure if it's a good one though. Seems quite complex for players to really understand all the intricacies of how it works. You do seem to have put quite a bit of thought into it.
