Tibalt, the Fiend Blooded is one of my favorite characters, who tragically received the king of all short sticks when it came to designing his debut PW card. The fact is, Tibalt is one of the most flavorful planeswalkers, and so I would love to make a block which builds his story as he rises from that first sound defeat at the hand of Sorin into a powerful and respectable planeswalker in his own right. I figured this would also be my way to have a block where the "neglected" planeswalkers could appear. I'm looking at you, Nissa and Koth.

Interesting concept by building cards around Tibalt. Couple of questions though:
I see in the cost of some effects. How does that work exactly?
Amrit's first ability is exceedingly broken. It should be a negative ability and not so broken. Her emblem is also insanely broken.
Tibalt's discard 3 cards at random is too broken. His first ability is also exceedingly broken. His ultimate is ok.

I think the : is just an artefact of the new forum. It happens when you put anything that isn't either t, wubrg, X, hybrid or 1-9 within [mana] tags (I may have missed some).
You could swap Amrits +1 to be gain life for each opponents creature, the -2 to be a fog effect, and make the ultimate either "All/opponents creatures lose all abilities" or "Creatures cannot attack or block unless controller pays 1 mana". Most planeswalker ultimates are meant to be very powerful, but even nuking all creature abilities will give you a huge advantage.
THanks for the input! I wanted to tone down Tibalt but was unsure how to go about it. I switch Amrit's abilities and turned her ultimate into a emblem that puts a Faith's fetter counter on each creature currently on board. Also, I am looking for some ideas of what might be some cards that are not centered around tibalt that might fit flavorfully in this set.
