"Even a broken clock is right twice a day" is a wise advice. I'll make it live, posting a set of mechanics I think that can be interesting. I'll start with 10, but I don't discard I'll add more later. Without further ado, ADASSHE!
Terrasurge (Add a +1/+1 counter for every land tapped to cast this spell)
702.TSG. Terrasurge 702.TSGa Terrasurge is a static ability. 702.TSGb "Terrasurge" means "For every land tapped to generate mana for this spell, put a +1/+1 counter on this card." 702.TSGc Multiple instances of terrasurge on the same creature are redundant.
{Land}lift X (~ can't be blocked as long as you control X {Land} or more)
702.LLF. Landlift 702.LLFa Landlift is a generic term that appears within an object’s rules text as “{type}lift,” where {type} is usually a subtype, but can be the card type land, any land type, any supertype, or any combination thereof. 702.LLFb Landlift is an evasion ability. 702.LLFc "{type}lift X" means "As long as the controller of this card controls X or more lands of the specified type, this card can't be blocked" 702.LLFd Landwalk abilities don’t “cancel” one another. 702.LLFe Multiple instances of the same kind of landlift on the same creature are redundant and will only be considered the instance with the lowest value of X.
Power Draw X (Put X +1/+1 counters shared among creatures you control for each point of damage ~ deals to a player)
702.PDW. Power Draw 702.PWDa Power Draw is a triggered ability. 702.PWDb "Power Draw X" means "For every point this card deals to a player, this card's controller can put X +1/+1 counters, shared among all creatures this card's controller controls". 702.PWDc Multiple instances of power draw in the same creature are cumulative.
Recycle X {cost} ({cost}, Exile any amount of cards from the cemetery: put X +1/+1 counters on ~ for each card exiled this way)
702.RCY. Recycle 702.RCYa Recycle is an activated ability. 702.RCYb "Recycle X {cost}" means "{cost}, exile any amount of cards from your cemetery: put X +1/+1 counters on this card for each card exiled this way". 702.RCYc Multiple instances of recycle in the same creature are activated separately.
Harmony (During your upkeep, if ~ is enchanted with an aura that shares a color with it, draw a card)
702.HNY. Harmony 702.HNYa Harmony is a triggered ability. 702.HNYb "Harmony" means "During your upkeep, if this card has an aura that shares a color with this card, you can draw a card". 702.HNYc Multiple instances of harmony in the same creature are redundant.
Soul Weight (~ can't be blocked by creatures with less auras than ~)
702.SWT. Soul Weight 702.SWTa Harmony is an evasion ability. 702.SWTb "Soul Weight" means "This card can't be blocked by creatures that have less auras attached to themselves than this card". 702.SWTc Multiple instances of soul weight in the same creature are redundant.
Command X (This card can attack or block with up to X tokens you control. Damage directed to this card is dealt to the tokens first.)
702.CMD. Command 702.CMDa Command refers to two different static abilities. 702.CMDb "Command" means "When this card is blocked or blocks another creature, it can have up to X creature tokens attacking or blocking that creature" and "When dealt damage while attacking or blocking with tokens, the tokens are dealt the damage first." 702.CMDc Multiple instances of command in the same creature are cumulative.
Launch {Cost} ({cost}, Sacrifice a token: deal damage to target player equal to that token's toughness)
702.LCH. Launch 702.LCHa Launch is a triggered ability. 702.LCHb "Launch {cost}" means "{Cost}, Sacrifice a creature Token: target player is dealt damage equal to that token's toughness". 702.LCHc Multiple instances of launch in the same creature are activated separately.
Alchemy {cost} ({cost}, Sacrifice ~: Summon an artifact from your graveyard with converted mana cost equal or lover to this card)
702.AMY. Alchemy 702.AMYa Alchemy is an activated ability found on some artifacts. 702.AMYb "Alchemy {cost}" means "{Cost}, sacrifice this card: choose an artifact with converted mana cost equal or lover to this card's and play it without paying its mana cost". 702.AMYc Multiple instances of command in the same creature are activated separately.
Fortress X (If you control no creatures, ~ becomes a 0/X colorless Wall creature with defender and reach. It's still an artifact)
702.FRS. Fortress 702.FRSa Fortress is a triggered ability found on some non-creature artifacts. 702.FRSb "Fortress X" means "As long as you control no creatures, this card becomes a 0/X colorless Wall creature with defender and reach. It's still an artifact". 702.FRSc Multiple instances of command in the same creature are redundant and only the instance with the greatest value of X is considered.

I'll start my way from the top and work my way down.
702.TSG. Terrasurge
702.TSGa Terrasurge is a static ability that appears on some creatures. "Terrasurge" means "This creature enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each mana produced by a land spent to cast it."
702.TSGb Multiple instances of terrasurge on the same permanent are redundant work separately.
(You take in each "as ~ enters the battlefield" replacement effect separately.)
Landlift is fine, although 702.LLFc should referecne "this creature" rather than "this card".
702.PWD. Power Draw
702.PWDa Power draw is a triggered ability that appears on some creatures. "Power Draw N" means "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may distribute N +1/+1 counters among creatures you control."
702.PWDb If a creature has multiple instances of power draw, each triggers separately.
702.RCY. Recycle
702.RCYa Recycle is an activated ability that appears on some creatures.
702.RCYb "Recycle N - [cost]" means "[Cost], Exile any number of cards from your graveyard: Put N +1/+1 counters on this creature for each card exiled this way."
702.HNY. Harmony
702.HNYa Harmony is a triggered ability.
702.HNYb "Harmony" means "At the beginning of your upkeep, if this permanent is is enchanted by an Aura that shares a color with it, draw a card."
702.HNYc If a permanent has multiple instances of harmony, each triggers separately.
702.SWT. Soul Weight
702.SWTa Soul weight is an evasion ability.
702.SWTb "Soul weight" means "This creature can't be blocked by creatures that are enchanted by fewer Auras than this creature."
702.SWTc Multiple instances of soul weight on the same creature are redundant.
I don't know how you intend for command to work. Are you meaning that there's a "first-strike" step in that the tokens are damaged, SBA's are checked, and then nontokens are damaged, and then SBA's are checked again, with no priority-passing in between? Or are state-based actions not checked until everything is dealt damage? Or is this a mandatory combat damage assignment order thing?
Leech is okay, but you should change 702.LCHb to "This permanent deals damage equal to the sacrificed token's toughness to target player."
Alchemy's 702.AMYb should say "[Cost], Sacrifice this artifact: You may cast an artifact card with converted mana cost less than or equal to this artifact's converted mana cost from your graveyard without paying its mana cost."
702.FRS. Fortress
702.FRSa Fortress is a triggered static ability found on some noncreature artifacts.
702.FRSb "Fortress N" means "As long as you control no creatures, this permanent is a 0/X colorless Wall creature with defender and reach. It's still an artifact."
702.FRSc If a player controls a permanent with fortress and controls no creatures, that permanent will become a creature, regardless of any other permanents that become creatures at the same time as it.
702.FRSd If a permanent has multiple instances of fortress, only the instances with the greatest value of N is considered.
---
I see that a lot of your rules entries have "multiple instances of <keyword> on the same <object> are activated separately." This isn't needed, because by definition, players can only activate one ability at a time.

Command's second part has to be changed, actually. It's a mistake. It should say:
Command X (~ can attack or block with up to X tokens you control. You decide how to assign damage dealt to this card and the commanded tokens.)
702.CMD. Command 702.CMDa Command refers to two different static abilities. 702.CMDb "Command" means "When this card is blocked or blocks another creature, it can have up to X creature tokens attacking or blocking that creature" and "When dealt damage while attacking or blocking with tokens, this creature's controller decides how to assign said damage." 702.CMDc Multiple instances of command in the same creature are cumulative.
My inspiration comes from the abandoned mechanic Banding and it's mechanic during blocking that made the blocker assign the damage instead of the attacker.
