so i'm just making up a custom set for fun, and one ability word I came up with is as such.
Victory - Whenever a creature dealt damage by ~ this turn dies, [effect].
So it goes on creatures. Like Sengir Vampire could be reworded to have the victory ability word. But could I make a Victory card that applies to all of your creatures, or would I have to drop the victory part of it? ex.
Spoils of War
(whatever mana cost)
Enchantment Victory - Whenever a creature dealt damage by a creature you control this turn dies, draw a card.
or
Spoils of War
(whatever mana cost)
Enchantment

Ability words have no rules text behind them. They are simply there to give flavor and mechanical ties between creatures to make a set more cohesive. As long as the trigger is still the same - which yours is - then it is fine, as long as its not at common. Make it a rare and you can use the first example no problem.

The difference is that Exalted is a keyword. The suggested mechanic here is not. On Sublime Archangel, if they had wanted to conserve space, they could have left out all the text in brackets and it still would function perfectly fine, as Exalted is a term explained in the rules. But, as I briefly explained above, Ability words such as his Victory hold no rules meanings at all, as its effects differ from card to card. Granting the ability to all his creatures would only make it so he adds "Creatures you control have" to the front of an already long enough ability, as each part needs to be stated.
