Suppose I control an Ajani's Pridemate and have three cards in my graveyard. There's no denying that Orange Juice Fountain[/c] would make me gain 6 life and put one counter on Pridemate, but how many counters will my Pridemate be able to get if
1) Ancestral Tribute resolves?
2) Ancestral Sacrifice resolves?
3) Ancestral Return resolves?
If (1) and (2) are different and/or if (2) and (3) are different, why is that the case?

The lifegain from each of your spells will count as a single life-gain event, and the Pridemate will only trigger once.
The wording used on Ancestral Sacrifice and Ancestral Return is similar to that on Suffer the Past, and the Gatherer rulings specify that it is considered a single life-gain event.
Suppose I have the following card, and also three cards in my graveyard:
Knowledge ReliefUUU Sorcery {R}
For each card in your graveyard, scry 1, then draw a card.
Would the order of events be "scry, draw, scry, draw, scry, draw" or "scry, scry, scry, draw, draw, draw"?

If it were meant to function as "scry, scry, scry, draw, draw, draw" then it would be written in a similar way to Biomantic Mastery, etc. The process of elimination says that means it's supposed to function as "scry, draw, scry, draw, scry, draw", but it might be written in a slightly different way to be more clear on that point. "For each card in your graveyard, scry 1 and draw a card", or something like that.
Your version of Knowledge Releif basically states: "Repeat the following for each card: Scry then draw." So it would go scy, draw, scry, draw.
The way to get the other version, as Rhad stated, would be "For each card in your graveyard, scry 1, then for each card in your graveyard, draw a card."
