In the final round, amid a torrent of complaints over the difficulty of the round, Shinyman prevailed with a huge lead to take his first FCC trophy. It was a memory wrencher, indeed.
Asking out a girl is like trying to cast a first turn Necropotence. Sometimes the other player will have the Force of Will to say no. You shouldn't let that stop you from trying it.
While there were a couple of scores close to his, He was the only one to get a perfect score from me. His balance would have suffered a couple of points had it not been for that 2 life drawback. Excellent job man!
Thanks guys! And thanks a lot to Shepherd for a great month. Restrictive but great round requirements, those obstables are the thing that gave me the push to create these cards I'm so proud of.
wow excellent cards. especially the 3rd round one. i also like the last round one somewhat. i like how it has an aggro feel to the creature yet the really good ability all the while still balanced very well. congrats!

Yes, accept white, blue and greed don't really lose life. I love the card but it slapped a draw back on a card just to balance it which didn't belong in those colors. That should make it lose points.

The card doesn't have white, it does have black though.
Soon to be a featured card in Alara Reborn!!! I had to read the thing several times to get it but it works!!!! with a turn to mist that'd be 8 cards, blink it for 12 and on and on!!
The journey, in summary:
In round one, Shinyman passed the scrutiny of a strange word game in round one with the Mark of Death. His entry received the highest score among submissions in his group.
In round two, he went gruul and very aggressive with an Orcish Savage. He defeated Nagil in head-to-head. Shinyman made an assumption about the round, and opted to preserve the rare for later...
In round three, in a round that looked so much like round two, Shinyman took white and blue and made a bid for Divine Dominance. He defeated Yare in head-to-head.
In the final round, amid a torrent of complaints over the difficulty of the round, Shinyman prevailed with a huge lead to take his first FCC trophy. It was a memory wrencher, indeed.
