(1.5/3) Appeal: Johnny sees combo potential. Timmy might like it.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(2/3) Viability: I can see this as just white.
(3/3) Balance: I don't have any complaints about this.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: Nothing here that's a stretch of the imagination.
(3/3) Flavor: No problems here.
Polish -
(1/3) Quality: Firstly, the flavour text should be before the p/t, as per CCC rules. The mana cost should read 3RW. Also, the activated ability should read “Put target artifact card with converted mana cost X from your graveyard to the battlefield, where X is CARDNAME's power.”
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met.
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met.

Design -
(3/3) Appeal: Spike likes this. Johnny sees combo potential, and it's just big enough for Timmy to like it.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(1/3) Viability: First, the card should be rare as is. Also, having the word “colorless” is unnecessary, since the mana cost shows it's colourless.
(1/3) Balance: If you choose the Servos, this would be pretty much useless it's part of a combo. On the other hand, you get a 4/4 for four mana (including the activation cost.) My complaint is that the activated ability is too low. Dread Statuary becomes a 4/2 creature for four mana. I think the activated ability should cost at least four mana.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: We haven't seen Fabricate on a noncreature permanent, but I saw the rules for it, giving them that possibility. Maybe in the next set? Still, making an artifact that becomes a creature for a turn has been done before.
(2/3) Flavor: Some flavour text would have been nice.
Polish -
(2/3) Quality: First, it's “four +1/+1 counters.” Also, the activated ability should read “CARDNAME becomes a 0/0 Construct artifact creature until end of turn.” See Darksteel Brute for comparison.

(2/3) Appeal: Timmy likes it. Johnny sees combo potential. Spike is underwhelmed.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(2/3) Viability: I can see this as just rare.
(2/3) Balance: A 5/5 trampler for 8? Too expensive, even with the extra abilities. I think the mana cost could be as low as 5 if this is supposed to be a mythic rare.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: There's not much here that hasn't been done before.
(1/3) Flavor: I see little reason for this to be legendary. Also, I'm assuming the name shows that it involves Servos. With that, maybe its creature type should be Servo, too.
Polish -
(2/3) Quality: “Six artifacts” “must be disintegrated (though 'destroyed' would be preferable)” Flavour text is missing a period.

(2.5/3) Appeal: Johnny sees combo potential. Timmy likes that it can get big. Spike might play with it.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(2/3) Balance: It's probably a good that you need two more creatures to activate its search ability. I think it should have power 1 or even 0, since over half of all Equipment cards printed are CMC 2 or less. And at power 5, you can get all but four Equipment cards. In the case of Vehicles, right now, only one is CMC 6 or greater. On the other hand, there are only two Vehicles with CMC 2 or less. Still, it should be power 0 or 1.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: Nothing here that hasn't been done before.
(3/3) Flavor: I prefer the name in the card text, but I won't penalize you here.
Polish -
(1.5/3) Quality: Several cards that should be capitalized aren't (Tap, Equipment, Vehicle) and the card's name doesn't match the name in the card text.

As always, no complaints and it's not final until the deadline has passed.
Hold, doing this via phone at the moment, so please bear with slow pace.
Design
(3/3) Appeal - Timmy: Armies? Check! Beef? Check! Johnny: Fiddly technical bits? Check! Spike: Versatility? Power? Check and check!
(2.5/3) Elegance - The only real problem is the toggled ability is one way. If a +1/+1 counter gets on it, its pretty stuck. But you can't really fix that, it's inherent in its design, and the only wordings I can think of, only complicate this card. Development
(2.5/3) Viability - I think you could push this into mythic?... maybe? This one's really close. Colorwise, this card is well placed.
(3/3) Balance - I can't find any thing egregious. Creativity
(2/3) Uniqueness - The toggled ability is really neat ability, even though the seperate abilities wre quite common place.
(2.5/3) Flavor - If only the flavor text refered to Oviya a little more. Nothing else is out of place though. Polish
(3/3) Quality - No infractions found.
(2/2) Main Challenge - Met.
(2/2) Sub Challenges - Both met.
FINAL VERDICT {22.5/25}
Design
(2.5/3) APPEAL - Timmy sees the wide route. Johnny might try +1/+1 counter shenanigans. Spike might like this because you can shift counters off when it gets killed.
(3/3) ELEGANCE - Pretty simple choice here: servos now or later? Development
(2.5/3) VIABILITY - White always makes tokens, and this feels sufficient at rare.
(3/3) BALANCE - Seems fine at the levels of today. Creativity
(1.5/3) UNIQUENESS - White token generation is really common nowadays. It reminds me of a one way pentavite
(2/3) FLAVOUR - The flavor text is cute, but the one word "anything" bugs me. It seems like he should have a way to get more +1/+1 counters or at least make servo's out of more than just his own counters. Polish
(3/3) QUALITY - No infractions found.
(2/2) MAIN CHALLENGE - Both met.
(2/2) SUB CHALLENGE - Both met.
FINAL VEDICT {21.5/25}
Design
(1/3) APPEAL - Timmy: um? Johnny: maybe? Spike: No.
(1.5/3) ELEGANCE - Damage prevention has never been an easily grokked mechanic. Also why specifically artifact CREATURES? That seems unnessesarily narrow. Development
(2.5/3) VIABILITY - This seems fine if boring as an uncommon artifact.
(3/3) BALANCE - Boring but satisfactory. Creativity
(2/3) UNIQUENESS - This brings to mind Tetravite and Pentavite, albiet more broad.
(1/3) FLAVOR - Why is this a scorpion? It doesn't have deathtouch? You could have swapped this to insect and the flavor would still be the same. Also I don't see the connection between damage prevention and scorpions. Is this like a T-1000 liquid metal thing? Maybe art would help, but again not as a scorpion. Polish
(3/3) QUALITY - No infractions found.
(2/2) MAIN CHALLENGE - Met.
(2/2) SUB CHALLENGES - Both met.
FINAL VERDICT {18/25}
DESIGN
(3/3) APPEAL - Timmy: This card provides both the promise of a singular titanic creature, and the potential to buff an entire army! Johnny: I can already see the cogs turn as Johnnies try to use cheap/downsided fatties to allow this card to careen out of control. Spike: probably the least excited by this card, with its rather mana intensive abilities, but none the less I can imagine a number of RG aggro decks maybe using one or two as a top end.
(2.5/3) ELEGANCE - The only nit I can pick at is that this card seems to have a lot going on. However, I can't think of any way to par down the wording on its effect. Sometimes things have to be complex. Development
(3/3) VIABILITY - Green making things bigger? Perfectly fine. Mythic rares being big and flashy? Also good.
(2.5/3) BALANCE - This card seems comparable to Verdurous Gearhulk, maybe even pushing a little TOO far. Trample versus vigilance seems ok, but the fact that you keep pouring mana into this for ever more counters, makes me nervous. Its not even an artifact like the gearhulk to increase removal options. Still at MR this won't warp limited, and seems a bit too ponderous for most standard decks. So only a half point deduction. Creativity
(2.5/3) UNIQUENESS - The aforementioned gearhulk comparison dampens the originality here. That and Cultivator of Blades also horns in on its territory, with a similar effect. The reference to power outside itself is a nice twist though, and I always liked the fabricate cards that provided choices outside of "Buff or Body".
(2.5/3) FLAVOR - Certainly there's nothing wrong here. The name, creature type, and abilities are all interlocked to make a whole. But I really would like some flavor text here. Perhaps on a real card it wouldn't fit but I'm pretty sure we don't penalize that sort of technicality here. Polish
