How does this card-making game work? It's simple! Whenever your card receives a vote in the day's poll, you receive [1] point for the month. If your card ends up with the most votes for that day, you will receive [2] additional points for the month. In the event of a tie, each person who tied receives [1] additional point. At the end of each month, the person with the most points on the scoreboard wins that month, then the scoreboard is cleared for the next month. You can participate in as many or as few days as you want in any month.
Rules
Each day you may post any card you want. On the next day all of the posted cards will be put into a poll the thread as long as your card didn't get disqualified - see the next point for more details. If you post more than one card in a DCC thread, only the first card you post will be taken.
When you vote, you need to make exactly two votes for two different people. Vote for the cards that are listed in the first post, not other cards being posted in the thread. If you notice that you've only voted for one person, include your second vote in a post, even if you're not submitting a card.
If you want to change your vote for any reason, post that change in the day's thread (you can include it with your card if you want). Changed votes in the discussion thread will be ignored.
Voting for only one person, for three or more people, or for yourself will earn you an asterisk by your name in the monthly leaderboard. So will failing to vote if you've posted a card. (We're not going to do anything about people who don't vote or post cards; that would be kind of silly.) This indicates that you're on probation for the next 21 days. If you're on probation and you make another improper vote, your card will be disqualified. Repeated disqualification is grounds for warnings and/or infractions for not following the game rules, so please don't do it.
Voting for everything in the poll will be grounds for a lifetime ban from the DCC. Don't do it. It just wastes the thread creators' time.
If you wish to post a render, please use the hyperlink option when posting your card and make the card name the image link. Renders are usually large enough to clog up the list, so submit a text-formed card and (optionally) a link in the name to the render.
This thread is just for your card submission. Take your questions/comments to our discussion thread. If it's a question, comment, or complaint about probation, PM me instead and I'll explain it.
Anyone can post the new thread for the day. When you post it, make sure that:
You have a poll in the thread;
You include everyone's cards (excluding cards that have been disqualified);
The poll is marked as public and multiple choice with a one-day time limit; and
You update the leaderboard with the previous day's scores.
(An easy way to post the new thread is to hit the multiquote button on every post in the previous day's thread, then click Post Reply. Select everything in this post, copy it, and then paste it into the first post for a new thread. You'll have to clean up a few small things, like quote tags around the opening post and the previous day's cards.)
Notes of the Day
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SCORE TODAY! REEEAAALY TIRED.
!!!EMERGENCY ALERT!!!
I've just received an urgent message from the corporate types back at the main DCC headquarters in Poughkeepsie. It appears that they are looking to recruit someone to help post the DCC on a regular basis. This individual would join INDIGHOST and FLATLINE in a three person rotation, meaning they would be responsible for posting the thread every third month. So if any of you fine folks enjoy the DCC, and take pleasure in helping others, please don't hesitate to PM me or post your intentions in the discussion thread. Who here will step up in in this time of dire need?
Votes: StonerOfKruphix, Bravelion83
HM: Tim1137 (I like the idea of the card but I think direct damage like this in mono-blue is a no-no. If you simply changed the mana cost to 1UR it would make more sense on the color pie and feel right.)
One with the Mists2GW
Enchantment (R)
Spells and abilities can’t be targeted. “One cannot pursue what one cannot see. There is only one true reality.” — Ensei, the Oracle of the Mists
Votes: RedGauntlet (now that's an Emmara card I can get behind), Flatline (YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, BRUH)
HM: Tim1137 (seconding what the wise designer above me said), Shukkets (feels more like a green card to me, and if it were, you would've got my vote)
After a while, I decided to try and make a split card again! Also note the assonances between been/bin (the graveyard) and done/clone. I found them afterwards and was very pleased (or, dare I say, tickled) by them.
Been There2BG
Sorcery (R)
Return target creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Sorcery (R)
Put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of target creature you control.
Fuse (You may cast one or both halves of this card from your hand.)
Project DTP-38GUB
Legendary Creature - Human Mutant Rebel (R)
Project DTP-38 gets +3/+3 for each -1/-1 counter on it.
Pathogen 2 (This creature enters the battlefield with two -1/-1 counters on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a -1/-1 counter from this creature onto it.)

Votes: Guesswork, Shukkets
Mention: Flatline. I won't indeed vote for it (too silly), but it actually made me laugh, and just because of that scene any Simpsons fan should know...
Walking Earth2R
Creature — Elemental (U) R: Walking Earth gets +2/-2 until end of turn. 4R: Target creature gets +2/-2 until end of turn. Earth is slow to move, but deadly when it does.
0/5
Keldon Switchblade4
Artifact- Equipment
Equipped Creature gets +1/+1 and has "T: This creature deals 1 damage to target creature of player. If that creature is tapped, deal 3 damage to it instead and the damage can't be prevented."
Equip 3 "Dammit, Radha! That wasn't the shiv I was talking about!" - Jhoira of the Gitu
Woodland SpiritGU
Creature - Spirit (Rare)
Flash
Flying
When Woodland Spirit enters the battlefield, draw a card. GU: Put Woodland Spirit on the top of its owner's library.
2/1
Katia BlademasterRW
Legendary Creature - Human Warrior(M)
At the beggining of your upkeep put X +1/+1 counters on each other creature you control, where X is the number of equipments attached to Katia Blademaster. 1 : Attach target equipment you control to Katia Blademaster.
2/2
Gaj, Steadfast Meditant2UG
Legendary Creature -- Elephant Avatar (R)
You have hexproof.
Whenever you would draw a card, instead look at the top card of your library and the bottom card of your library and put one of those cards into your hand.
4/5
Gangrenous NecrosisBBB - Tribal Enchantment - ZombieR
When Gangrenous Necrosis enters the battlefield, put a -1/-1 counter on all creatures.
Creatures with -1/-1 counters are black Zombies with "1C: Regenerate" in addition to their other types.
Whenever a Zombie is regenerated, its controller loses 1 life. "What is dead matter, but a cliché?"
Votes: Flatline (LOL) & RedGauntlet (Sounds Fun!)
What if next week, starting tomorrow, we had to make cards based off the banner at the top of this thread?
Like, tomorrow we have to design cards with X in the mana cost, Mon thru Fri = White thru Green
& next Saturday we finish the week with by designing cards with S in the mana cost. Just an idea.
Necrosis2BB
Enchantment
Creatures you control have wither.
Creatures with -1/-1 counters have wither.
At the beginning of each upkeep, each creature with a -1/-1 counter put another -1/-1 counter on it.
Curse you @Amuzet, stealing inspiration! Lol.
@Indighost: Just noticed, I had a name change from @tru247365, to @mtgdimension
Horam-Ava Cephalid - UUBCreature - Cephalid - C - 3/1
When Horam-Ava Cephalid would deal combat damage to a player, that player may put that many cards from the top of his or her library into his or her graveyard to prevent the damage instead. ExposeCC(When this would be revealed from anywhere, any player may pay CC to cast a copy of it. If any player does, exile it afterwards.)
When a player exposes Horam-Ava Cephalid, that player puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

Votes: StonerOfKruphix, netn10 (Who loves value? I do!)
This card is a perfect example of a rather simple idea that needs a complex execution for it to work. I don't expect it to get many votes if at all, but I'm still putting it out there. The text is ten lines in the M15 frame, so it still fits even if barely.
Hatching EggX
Artifact (M)
Hatching Egg enters the battlefield with X charge counters on it.
When Hatching Egg enters the battlefield, you may exile a card from your hand face down.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge counter from Hatching Egg.
Exile Hatching Egg: Reveal the exiled card. If it’s a creature card, put it onto the battlefield. Activate this ability only if there are ten or more charge counters on Hatching Egg and only any time you could cast a sorcery.
