Enchantment - Aura
Enchant planeswalker
When Planeswalker's Spark enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, put a loyalty counter on enchanted planeswalker.
Bonds of Loyalty3WW
Enchantment (Mythic)
Whenever a permanent you control would be dealt damage by a source you don't control, you may instead have that source deal that much damage to you. If you do, put that many +1/+1 counters on that permanent if it's a creature or that many loyalty counters on that permanent if it's a planeswalker.
Fanatic of Anubis2B
Creature - Hound Assassin (R)
When Fanatic of Anubis attacks a planeswalker, it gets +2/+0 until end of turn. They claim to avenge those who cheat Death, but I think they're just jealous - Dak Fayden
3/2
Checking the CMC<5 planeswalkers, 5 is the magic number to kill almost all of them (35 out of 44) on the turn after they are played (and use their + abi). Also 2 of the survivors are original walkers.. I think they use old design principles and thus don't count as much (Lillian Vess and Chandra Nalaar), one is Sarkhan the Mad (a special case) and Jace, Architect of Thought protects himself. Most 6+ CMC walkers do survive at least one hit.
Paradox Feast1UB
Enchantment (R)
Whenever a uniqueness rule causes a permanent you control to leave the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on each legendary creature you control, a charge counter on each noncreature legendary permanent you control, and a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control.
Orailee, Master of Blame2WB
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor (MR)
Whenever one or more creatures attacks you, you may search your library for a planeswalker card and put it onto the battlefield. Shuffle your library. That planeswalker card loses all abilities until end of turn, and at the beginning of the next end step, exile it. Creatures attacking you are now attacking that planeswalker instead. Although there's still 3 1/2 hours left, here's the list of players. Each player critiques the next six players' cards and submit a Top 3. Any last-minute entries will be placed on the bottom of the list, so don't start your critiques until the deadline has passed.:
bravelion83 - Stone of Loyalty - Another pretty straightfoward card. The first effect is a bit more clunky than it needs to be, but all-in-all a solid execution.
willows - Shield of Baqtef - That's a simple and clean effect that has been used on cards like Voice of All to strong effect. Possibly too strong: a 2/2 vigilant with selectable color protection is already very powerful before protecting planeswalkers.
drewdagreek - Fanatic of Anubis - That's nearly a vanilla creature in terms of complexity, so I don't see why it would need to be rare. Could probably stand to at least gain some evasion when attacking planeswalkers.
Legend - Planeswalker's Spark - I don't care for the name, as all planeswalkers have sparks. Maybe something like "Bright-Burning Spark" might convey the flavor better. Secondly, it doesn't seem to fit red at all: "loyalty" is not normally associated with red, or are spells that require long-term patience to pay off. I would think a red version of this effect would do something like the opposite: give a planeswalker more loyalty immediately at the cost of it betraying you later in some way.
SelesnyaNewLife - Hurl Into Eternity - Feast of Blood is the only similar card I can think of. This is cheaper, doesn't gain life, exiles rather than kills, and requires only one permanent. But the permanent is of a type that you'll almost certainly have fewer of, and which usually cost at least 3-4, so it balances out fairly well. I'd say it is within a reasonable power level, and flavorwise it works.
J.Do - Grim Readjustment - Barely meets the challenge, but since all planeswalkers care about counters I'll say it is works there. Since it doesn't change the nature of the counters, however, it does planeswalkers no good unless your enemy has a planeswalker to drain. And the rules headaches of situations where you put loyalty counters on your lands and +1/+1 counters on your planeswalkers are something I wouldn't look forward to.
