How does this card-making game work? It's simple! Whenever your card receives a vote in the day's poll, you receive [1] point for the month. If your card ends up with the most votes for that day, you will receive [2] additional points for the month. In the event of a tie, each person who tied receives [1] additional point. At the end of each month, the person with the most points on the scoreboard wins that month, then the scoreboard is cleared for the next month. You can participate in as many or as few days as you want in any month.
Rules
Each day you may post any card you want. On the next day all of the posted cards will be put into a poll the thread as long as your card didn't get disqualified - see the next point for more details. If you post more than one card in a DCC thread, only the first card you post will be taken.
When you vote, you need to make exactly two votes for two different people. Vote for the cards that are listed in the first post, not other cards being posted in the thread. If you notice that you've only voted for one person, include your second vote in a post, even if you're not submitting a card.
If you want to change your vote for any reason, post that change in the day's thread (you can include it with your card if you want). Changed votes in the discussion thread will be ignored.
Voting for only one person, for three or more people, or for yourself will earn you an asterisk by your name in the monthly leaderboard. So will failing to vote if you've posted a card. (We're not going to do anything about people who don't vote or post cards; that would be kind of silly.) This indicates that you're on probation for the next 21 days. If you're on probation and you make another improper vote, your card will be disqualified. Repeated disqualification is grounds for warnings and/or infractions for not following the game rules, so please don't do it.
Voting for everything in the poll will be grounds for a lifetime ban from the DCC. Don't do it. It just wastes the thread creators' time.
If you wish to post a render, please use the hyperlink option when posting your card and make the card name the image link. Renders are usually large enough to clog up the list, so submit a text-formed card and (optionally) a link in the name to the render.
This thread is just for your card submission. Take your questions/comments to our discussion thread. If it's a question, comment, or complaint about probation, PM me instead and I'll explain it.
Anyone can post the new thread for the day. When you post it, make sure that:
You have a poll in the thread;
You include everyone's cards (excluding cards that have been disqualified);
The poll is marked as public and multiple choice with a one-day time limit; and
You update the leaderboard with the previous day's scores.
(An easy way to post the new thread is to hit the multiquote button on every post in the previous day's thread, then click Post Reply. Select everything in this post, copy it, and then paste it into the first post for a new thread. You'll have to clean up a few small things, like quote tags around the opening post and the previous day's cards.)
Note of the Day
Yep, early again today. And early again tomorrow (though not as much). Then back to "normal" times until the weekend after next.
Ambassador Ufectra (Mythic) 5
Legendary Creature – Avatar
4/4
Ambassador Ufectra is all colors and has protection from all colors.
Spells you cast cost WUBRG less to cast. This effect reduces only the amount of colored mana you pay.
Requisition Order1W
Enchantment (C)
When Requisition Order enters the battlefield, exile another target artifact or enchantment until Requisition Order leaves the battlefield. The enforcers are responsible for collecting evidence of wrongdoing, but the innocent always have their property returned... eventually.
TriteU
Instant
Counter target spell that shares a name with a permanent its controller controls or a card in it's controller graveyard. I've seen that before.
Votes: Indighost, Advent (you can tell that I like undercosted, spikey cards)
Meek Inheritor4GUU
Creature - Elemental (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, gain control of target land.
Shapeless 10 (You may have this creature enter the battlefield with 10 +1/+1 counters on it and no abilities.)
An exception before we enter the theme of "cards that could have been in FRF". You’ll understand why if you read my Lion’s Lair article tomorrow.
Preventive KillUB
Instant (U)
Destroy target creature. Its controller draws a card. “Does the victim agree? It’s not a problem for me! I’ll make sure to kill him first, so that he won’t react when I enter his mind and steal his knowledge.”
—Strava, Dimir mage
SpillageB
Instant (U)
As an additional cost to cast Spillage, sacrifice a creature.
Target player puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, where X is the sacrificed creature's power times its toughness.
Wild Wizardry4UR
Sorcery (M)
Each player draws their library. For the rest of the game, cards can't leave players hands unless cast, players can cast spells without paying their mana costs, and players can't draw cards or cast more than one spell each turn.
Instill Sparks in Land-Bonds3GGG
Sorcery (M)
Put three Loyalty counters on each land your opponents control. Those lands become Planeswalkers in addition to their other types. (note- activated abilities of planeswalkers have only be activated at sorcrey speed. is there non-wordy workaround? mostly wish to avoid since players might not immediately recognize this. between the animate land effect, the City of Solitude effect and the weird land destruction effect, this design feels pretty green)
3GG
Sorcery (M)
Destroy all nonland permanents. For each permanent destroyed this way, its controller may search their library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player shuffles their library.
1U
Enchantment
Disseminate (When you cast ~, each player puts a token copy of this onto the battlefield).
Sacrifice ~: Counter target spell.
R
Enchantment
Disseminate (When you cast ~, each player puts a token copy of this onto the battlefield).
Sacrifice ~: Add RR to your mana pool.
or deals 2 damage to target?
B
Enchantment
Disseminate (When you cast ~, each player puts a token copy of this onto the battlefield).
Sacrifice ~: Return target creature card from your graveyard to hand.
G
Enchantment
Disseminate (When you cast ~, each player puts a token copy of this onto the battlefield).
Sacrifice ~: Regenerate target permanent?
W
Enchantment
Disseminate (When you cast ~, each player puts a token copy of this onto the battlefield).
Sacrifice ~: Destroy target attacking or blocking creature.
Thoughtmulcher2G
Creature - Elemental (U) 1G: Put the top two cards of your library into your graveyard.
Whenever a land card is put into your graveyard from your library, put a +1/+1 counter on ~.
2/2 Nurtured by the future.
I'm not too sure about the wording of the second ability....
Command Post
Artifact (C)
: Add to your mana pool one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.
, , Sacrifice Command Post: You may cast your commander this turn as though it was the first time you cast it this game. (It doesn't cost more to cast for each time it's been cast.)
ChronovoreUUUU
Creature - Illusion Beast (R)
Whenever a player skips a phase, put a +1/+1 counter on Chronovore. (Skipping a turn causes a player to skip five phases.)
Remove six +1/+1 counters from Chronovore: Take an additional turn after this one. Activate this ability only whenever you could cast a sorcery.
2/2
Sorry, I was playing EDH last night. I've changed the wording of my card (plus added the last ability). I'm still not sure how this should be worded though. Hopefully what I'm trying to do here is clear enough.
Defiant Revolutionary
Creature - Human Rebel (R)
Vigilance, protection from legendary creatures
When Defiant Revolutionary enters the battlefield, all commander damage that has been dealt this game is reduced to zero.
Commander damage can't be dealt.
3/4
"Power to the people!"
Defiant Revolutionary only affects commander damage, all normal damage dealt by commanders is unaffected.

Abzan Enforcer1G
Creature — Human Warrior (R)
Morph 3GG(You may cast this face down as a 2/2 creature for 3. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
When Abzan Enforcer is turned face up, put two +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever another creature you control is turned face up, if Abzan Enforcer has a +1/+1 counter on it, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
