@Morphic_Tide: Undying doesn't work with tokens. Also, why -4 just for a 2/2 Zombie? Also, thanks for remembering Koru.
@Ensoleille: Korwa's first ability doesn't make sense. What does a player having loyalty counters even do? Also, you really need to research wordings as they appear on modern cards for Mr. Bolas.
@Forestsguy: You just gave monoblack the ability to deal with artifacts and enchantments. It's traditionally not supposed to have that.
Right then...
Ossos, the Whispering OneU
Planeswalker - Osso [Mythic!]
+1: Flip three coins. If you win all three flips, draw a card.
0: Flip two coins. If you win both, put a 1/1 blue Spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield.

Alright, so looking at her artwork, we see a very blue sky which is also very bright, so that implies WU to me. She's also wearing a shock of pink, and the pinks in the background make me want to say she'll also be R. This is strengthened by the heavy use of gold in the festival and in her outfit. This also matches with the themes in her artwork. A city for W, "technology" for U, and smiles and festivals for R. I'm also going to assume that she's artifact themed.
Saheeli Rai1WUR
Planeswalker - Saheeli [Mythic!]
+1: Put a 1/1 colorless Thopter creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
0: You may sacrifice an artifact. If you do, Saheeli deals 2 damage to target creature or player and you draw a card.
-9: Search your library for any number of artifacts and put them onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.
(3)
Rincewind, the Runner1UR
Planeswalker - Rincewind M
{+2}: Target creature gains Skulk until end of turn.
{0}: Return target permanent you control to it's owner's hand.
{-2}: Put a legendary colorless 4/4 artifact creature token named Luggage with haste and menace onto the battlefield.
{-13}: Draw any number of cards. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana cost. [3]
Concept: Rincewind, from the Discworld novels written by Terry Pratchett.
Next: A Planeswalker with a +X ability that is not broken or overpower, yet very spikey at the same time.
(Tsk, co-opting the backstory of another character instead of taking a risk and making your own.)
Ytermin, Altar Keeper7W
Planeswalker - Ytermin [Mythic!]
+X: Sacrifice X permanents. For each permanent sacrificed this way, add 1 to your mana pool.
+1: Search your library for a creature card with converted mana cost 3 or less and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.
-7: Target creature you control gets +7/+7 and gains lifelink and vigilance. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
-21: If you have forty or more cards in your graveyard than in your library, you win the game.

Next: If you've played Ori and the Blind Forest, make that big-ass tree. Otherwise. . . make a big-ass tree.
Urkh, The Awoken3
Artifact Planeswalker- Urkh
0: Put a 0/1 colorless artifact construct creature onto the battlefield.
0: Add C to your mana pool. Gain 2 life.
0: Sacrifice three other artifacts. If you do, you may put an artifact from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
{{3}}
Concept: Urkh was a lowly scrapyard construct of no significance and few thoughts. Far away, on another world, a planeswalker is fighting for her life, badly wounded by Garruk. She was able to planeswalk away in time to bestow her spark upon the first "living" thing she saw before dying. Surprisingly, the construct took to the spark, and had an awakening of consciousness. Thus, Urkh was born.

{-3}: Draw a card. {{2}}
Next: A planeswalker based on the Manaless dredge legacy archetype.
+1: Put a card from your hand onto the battlefield, then pay life equal to it's mana cost.
0: Pay X life, then put X loyalty counters on Draskeld, Vis Scavenger.
0: Sacrifice a permanent you control. You gain life equal to it's toughness or it's converted mana cost, whichever is higher.
-2: Put a card from your graveyard onto the battlefield, then put the top X cards of your library into your graveyard, where X is the card's converted mana cost.
{2}
---
Concept: A planeswalker from Grixis, Draskeld's first 'Walk landed him on Mirrodin, where he saw the Phyrexian methods of using life force as a far more efficient way to how it is used on Grixis. Still in the mindset of 'waste not, want not' from living on Grixis, they proceeded to learn every style of harvesting lifes for power, even harvesting the power of minds. This led to the odd scenario of not knowing about getting mana from the land for far too long, eventually just learning how to convert Vis, known as life energy in most parts of the multiverse, into mana.
Also, I didn't even know about the Manaless Dredge archetype until 15 minutes ago.

Too much Hearthstone. But, i would remind you that Sharhazad exists.
Ah, Hearthstone, the card game that doesn't need to be a card game. (isn't it online only?)
I'll go ahead and remind you that, generally speaking, cards from that early in Magic's history are bad guidelines for how to make cards. Mistakes were made.
Planeswalker - Mera
+1: You get an emblem with "Whenever an opponent shuffles his or her library, that player puts the top card of his or library into his or her graveyard." Then each player shuffles their library.
-3: Target nonland permanent's controller shuffles it into its owner's library.
-6: Exile all permanents. For each card exiled this way, its controller shuffles their library, reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card, then puts that card onto the battlefield. Then shuffle the exiled cards into their owner's libraries.

Bolas and Ugin, Reluctant Partnership 3CUBR
Planeswalker - Bolas Ugin
+3: Destroy target colorless permanent. Draw a card.
-5: Put a 3/3 colorless Illusion Dragon creature token with flying and prowess and a 4/4 black Zombie Dragon creature token with flying and deathtouch onto the battlefield.
-13: For each permanent type, choose up to one target permanent of that type and gain control of it. For each card type, search your library for up to one card of that type, reveal it, and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.

Next: Another two-type planeswalker.

Its just to say that anything could be possible. I apologise for the mistake, lets move on.
Sarkhan and Narset, Time Walkers 3WURG
Planeswalker - Sarkhan Narset
+1: Scry 3, draw a card.
0: Search your library for a Narset or Sarkhan planeswalker card, reveal it and put it to your hand. Shuffle your library.
-2: Each opponent reveals their hands. You may cast a spell or creature card from any hand without paying their mana costs.
-7: You may pay 5 life to activate this ability at any time. End the turn. If it is your turn, take an extra turn after this one.
{5}
Next - Angel type planeswalker
Planeswalker - Karn Koth [Mythic!]
+4: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, this emblem deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
0: Gain control of target land and untap it. It gains "T: Add RRRRR to your mana pool." until end of turn.
-15: Restart the game, except each player keeps their emblems.
(5)
Sarnathed
Eliel, Archangel Above All 9WWW
Planeswalker - Eliel [Mythic!]
+4: You gain 10 life. Then, if an opponent has more life than you, put a 7/7 white Angel creature token with flying, vigilance, and first strike onto the battlefield.
-5: Choose a number. Destroy all nonland nonplaneswalker permanents with converted mana cost equal to that number.
-12: For each creature on the battlefield, put a 7/7 white Angel creature token with flying, vigilance, and first strike onto the battlefield.
(6)
Next: Ashiok and Vraska.
