Since no one offered to run this month's CCL, I'll be filling in. I don't have any theme in mind for this month. I'm just making challenges from the top of my head.
So for the first round: Design a noncreature card whose colour identity are wedge colours (WBR, URG, BGW, RWU or GUB)
Deadline for critiques: Friday, July 11, 2014 (when Friday becomes Saturday)
You will be ranking the whole group
4 points for 1st
3 points for 2nd
2 points for 3rd
1 points for 4th
You'll also get 1 point for submitting a critique and 1 point for submitting rankings.

Kiros, Soul of Dragos3BGW
Planewalker - Kiros(M)
+1 : Put a 1/1 black and white spirit token with fying onto the battlefield for each creature card into your graveyard.
-X : Target creature you control gets +X/+X until the end of turn. You may have it fight target creature you don't control.
-7 : You gain an emblem with "Creatures you control have deathtouch, lifelink and vigilance".
{5}
Eldritch LoreUBG Enchantment (R)
You may cast spells for up to X less mana, where X is the amount of cards you've drawn this turn. Whenever you do, you lose X life.

Wizards can start putting booster packs inside dog poo and dog owners will still complain.
Wild ImaginationURG
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile the top card of your library.
You may cast any card with the same name as a card exiled with ~ without paying its mana cost.
Explosive Launch2(B/R)W
Instant (U)
Destroy target attacking or blocking creature. Explosive Launch deals damage equal to that creature’s toughness to that creature’s controller. One moment you’re bracing for impact, the next moment you’re flying through the air... and bracing for impact.
Gaddock, Life’s Scales1BGW
Planeswalker - Gaddock (M)
{+1} Up to two target creatures gain persist until the beginning of your next turn.
{-3} You get an emblem with “At the beginning of the end step, if a -1/-1 counter was placed on a creature you control this turn, you may draw a card.”
{-7} For each -1/-1 counter on a creature you control, destroy up to one target permanent. Then remove all -1/-1 counters from creatures you control.

(I don't mean to be cheeky by posting another BGW walker, its just the best thing I had to submit eheh;)
Scaldscale Tactics1RWU
Enchantment {U}
Untapped creatures get +0/+2.
Tapped creatures get -2/-0. 4: You may tap or untap target creature. Activate this ability only during combat.
Repurpose Flesh3BUG
Sorcery (R)
As an additional cost to cast Repurpose Flesh, exile a creature card in your graveyard.
Search your library for any number of creature cards that don't share a creature type with the exiled card. If their total converted mana cost is equal to the exiled card's converted mana oost, put them onto the battlefield. Otherwise put them on the top of your library. Shuffle your library. Crippling UltimatumWWBBBRR
Sorcery (R)
Target player sacrifices two creatures. He or she loses life equal to those creatures’ combined toughness and you gain that much life.
Mirror Blast1URG Instant (R)
Choose one or both - Put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of target creature; and/or copy target instant or sorcery spell, and you may choose new targets for the copy.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Nature's Knowledge1URG
Instant - (U)
When target creature deals damage to a player this turn, draw X cards, where X is that creature's power. Then discard Y cards, where Y is that creature's toughness.
Raka CharmWUR
Instant (U)
Choose one - Raka Charm deals 3 damage to target creature and you gain 3 life; or target creature gets +2/+2 and gains flying until end of turn; or draw two cards.
StarburstRWU
Instant (C)
Starburt deals 2 damage to target creature or player. You gain 2 life. Draw 2 cards.
This card is scary, and I mean scary. Comparing it to Electrolyze(already a very potent card that sees play in Modern) only further proves that. It provides you with +2 in terms of CA, offsets its main drawback(color intensity) by giving you life you spent on it. While this is as close as you can represent this wedge, I have a feeling that you pushed it over the edge somewhat.

A potent spell, but not anywhere close to overpowered. Cost is a little weird - 2(W/B)R makes a lot more sense, as dealing direct damage is not in BW. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

Some people say that WoTC's self-imposed rules of card creation do not apply to CCC&G, and I can get behind that, but some design philosophies - I think - still should be adhered to. Namely, "no mechanics except evergreen on planeswalkers". This Gaddock is very gimmicky, and his ultimate is usually disappointing. Stiil, synergy between abilities is nice, and he certainly is original.

Enchantment {U}
Untapped creatures get +0/+2.
Tapped creatures get -2/-0. 4: You may tap or untap target creature. Activate this ability only during combat.
Nice, clean, simple and yet powerful. One of UWR themes was always combat casting and tactics, and this works perfectly in that niche. I'm not sold on "all attacking creatures are now tiny" aspect, as it really slows down the game. Otherwise - cool.
Repurpose Flesh3BUG
Sorcery (R)
As an additional cost to cast Repurpose Flesh, exile a creature card in your graveyard.
Search your library for any number of creature cards that don't share a creature type with the exiled card. Very weird. Can do very scary game ending things with 0 drops.
Crippling UltimatumWWBBBRR
Sorcery (R)
Target player sacrifices two creatures. He or she loses life equal to those creatures’ combined toughness and you gain that much life.
Feels ultimatum-y enough. At that cost, I almost wish it did combined toughness plus power.
Mirror Blast1URG Instant (R)
Choose one or both - Put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of target creature; and/or copy target instant or sorcery spell, and you may choose new targets for the copy.
Antny223 - The + reminds me of Elspeth, SC. The ult reminds me of Domri. The effects are good and well placed but the starting loyalty should be 3 or 4, not 5. Vertain - Confusing as all hell on the first read. Also I would have it at 4 CMC. Am Shegar - Very cool card. Flintlock - Very unique card but I would increase the CMC since you can do really big shenanigans off of this (mainly Emrakul)

That text is GIGANTIC! But, the effect is cool. A bit hard to parse as to the "different type" bit, but I can see why. Quite an unexpected card, interesting Protean Hulk-style combos minus the cheating are available.
Painful ow, but the cost is worth it for the chance of a total game turn-around. Although it feels more mono-black, or even white-black, than a true wedge card in mechanics, I suppose I can see it. The only thing I don't like too much is how it's gonna fail against anything that's not creatures, or anything that uses tokens. Big whiff potential.
It's a one shot Riku of Two Reflections effect. Certainly undercosted though; at this cost it would be more fair if it could only copy creatures/spells you control. Take a look at Fated Infatuation and Increasing Vengeance for why I say that.
