Fall of the Hammer that can hit players but has a weird targeting restriction. Would either cost it at R or remove the first strike component and cost it at 2R. I don't think the flavor of the first strike creature giving a quick punch is worth how badely it affects the gameplay of the card.
99% of the time these germ tokens are not gonna do much. I do like that it has some nice interactions with Blood Artist type cards but I would really need to see the context of the set to be sold on this design.
This feels a little bit more black than red, considering Tavern Swindler and the like. I don't think the coin flipping justifies this in red. Putting color pie issues aside I do actually like the card but would maybe cost it at 1B. Remember that coin flipping cards are not supposed to be agressivly costed as Spikes hate them and never wants to see them at a competitive level.
I have a card nearly identical to this in my misc card file. However I really enjoy the flavor that you used. Fits the challenge perfectly for killing an immortal. Not sure how stealthy it is but I guess they self harm and therefore never suspect you. A good entry.
Balefire: A memorial is nice, but the card could get tricky with some activated abilities (like Monstrosity).
Gerrard's Mom: Math... why did it have to be math?
WantonWizard: Global Smothering doesn't seem very merciful.
aftermarketradio: "Cast" should be used instead of "Play" here, since the trigger only goes off for spells, not all cards.
Eventide Sojourner- This is a super interesting design. The price seems right although if Jitte has taught us anything it's to be wary of equipment that can kill creatures not in combat. Raikou Rider- This is plain too powerful for the cost. Also, the flavor doesn't scream duel to me. NVRBLND- I really enjoy this card. There a lot of subtle interactions that are incorporated to an intuitive design.

A bit slow. Not the most glorious piece of removal ever, that's for sure. Subtle enough.
Question: How "sneaky and undetected" are we talking about for Team Power? Are we talking "witnesses can't be sure it wasn't natural causes," "witnesses have no idea who did it," or just "victim has no idea to be on guard until it's too late?"
EDIT: Eh, I'll assume it's the last one.

Ares, the LancerXRW
Legendary Creature - Human Knight (R)
Haste, first strike, trample.
When Ares, the Lancer enters the battlefield, it gets +X/+0 until end of turn. W: Return Ares to its owner’s hand. "I've only found one problem that can't be solved by building up enough speed before striking."
2/1
Ares lives on a plane where those with mystic talents (such as Ares' affinity for acceleration spells, portals, and all other forms of magical travel) are taken from their families at a young age to be either groomed to become the next generation of the ruling Mage Council, or broken and conditioned into little better than slave labor, depending on how readily they absorb the ideology behind Mage Council doctrine.
Wizard Slums
Land (R) T: Add 1 to your mana pool. 1UB, T: Target opponent reveals his or her hand. You choose a card from it. That player discards that card and draws a card.
The Mage Council assigned Ares to be a guard in their highest security prison, reserved for those who had gone to criminal lengths to resist conscription, and a few more exotic threats to the Mage Council or its subjects. It is through this job that Ares knows the informant she hopes will tell her all she needs to know of the Game of Fate; a powerful telepath and a member of the Hell Lions (a clan of vampire leonin) who is the most knowledgeable being Ares knows, despite having been a bloodthirsty monster even before being driven insane by the sheer power of her own telepathy.

With the Power of Love! other clever comment! it's 9 am im tired
Cool equipment, very unique and EXCELLENTLY flavorful with fair costs for colorless removal and prevention. Would win just about any duel it's used in (unless, yknow, guns). I'm sure there's a deck that wants it.
That's one heck of a boardwipe for mono-red. Given that you're gonna have to have a dude sufficiently big to guarantee the full-wipe I think it's just barely a fair card. Is it duel-ey? Ehh, somewhat.
Bit strange, but the flavor helps pull it back into Duel territory. Scary shout at the opponent! I think it should have been black, since that's where all the tutors-to-graveyard cards are. Very, very powerful for a non-standard reanimator sorta deck.
1. Eveningtimes
2. Super Sight Man (NVRBLND)
3. RaikouRiders of the Storm
An interesting mill card. Note that it doesn't really do anything to creatureless/near-creatureless decks though.
A mill card and a potential hard-lock... Very interesting.
Combining poison and mill is new, but a little low power. What deck would want this?
A cool card, and very interesting in multiplayer. Might be too good if a deck found a way of really abusing it though, though I might just be being silly.
Realllly good in limited. Don't know how I feel about 3, unconditional, unblockable poison though....

Wantonwizard: Feeding off of MTG's bloated corpse since 1996.
Power attempting to kill us, not if I have anything to say about it.
Egak: No one sucker punches me. First strike is an interesting restricting. I sense a majority of decks simply don't have enough targets to make this playable. I also sorta wish this explicitly worked with double strike as well. Still alongside the likes of fall of the hammer and fling I want this tool in my arsenal.
maximubuttitude: I like the idea here, it doesn't kill the creature strength but if you want to use it's gonna suffer. Nor sure I get this as underhanded. Still it's reasonably limited card I guess.
J.Do: Some interesting options here. Not sure why we're giving out germ tokens here. A drawback on the off chance your opponent is playing glorious anthem. A way to triple up on your death triggers. I like the flavour here though.
Zoomba: I like this for red, feels like the sort of card that the colour needs more of. The random chance will always be unpopular among certain types of players. Fortuantely for you, I'm not one of them.
I like how it fits the deck that wants it very well. You can play a typical UB control deck against a creature deck, and this will just build and build, giving you an inevitable victory on its own. Slow and deadly, like a good poison.
This card is quite interesting. I love how it can be used against the opponent or to help yourself, and the ability is unique. Aesthetically, it seems a bit odd to have a colorless artifact that does nothing unless you pay colored mana.
It combines the two alternate ways of winning onto one card, but the two abilities don't really combo that well with each other. In limited, it can be very swingy.
I like how this creates a mini-game that you must play with your opponent, but it might warp the game to the point that neither player is actually playing Magic because they're too focused on trying to manipulate their resources to avoid/give poison counters. I really don't have a suggestion that avoids that. It's not overpowered, but it creates a difficult game state.
Good, simple card for limited. I like the two modes, and they create a real tension between killing your opponent and staying alive. It's like a black version of a burn spell.
Ink-Treader
I guess this is killing a player. It's interesting how it affects certain decks more than others, a sideboard mill card? It's nice that it builds itself naturally.
Doombringer
This is pretty cool, but should be rare. It probably wants to Coercion the cards into exile to prevent them just dropping lands.
Moss_Elemental
The potential for 3-4 poison counters for 4 seems awfully swingy, but it's a decent concept I suppose.
Antny223
Fun minigame, but it seems like it should have the risk of you getting poisoned as well (giving poison to that player if they have the most or tied for the most cards?).
SelesnyaNewLife
I kind of want a 3 on the creature destroying part to make it balance. Otherwise, seems too obvious for the challenge.
RaikouRider: Breath of the Worldheart Dragon - My only complaint is how poorly it conveys a duel.
NVRBLND: Beckon the Beast - Conveys a duel even worse than Rai's.

Gerrard's Mom: Wonderful--I'd play this in any control deck with white. The flavor text is a bit off, though--sounds like it'd be on a black card.
wantonwizard: Culling Sun already exists and is literally this card at a different mana cost. I still think it's too weak to see serious play.
aftermarketradio: This should have been in Theros--it's the perfect Icarus enchantment. Love this.
