When Sparkblaster Mage enters the battlefield, you may copy target instant or sorcery. If you do, you may choose new targets for the copy.
2/1
Refraction MultiplicationXXRR
Sorcery (R)
Put X tokens that are a copy of target creature onto the battlefield. Those tokens have haste and "At the beginning of the end step, exile this permanent."
AI - This is a really cool idea, but a nightmare for memory issues. If the creature in the graveyard had been exiled, or there were some other good way to track this, I would have been all on board.
TMCT - Hrm. I like that it's cheaper but narrower than a regular clone, and the snow supertype was pretty sweet.
SelesnyaNewLife - As AI stated, this doesn't *actually* work as worded. Casting a spell is a multi-step process, so it's not really clear when it becomes the spell. For example, as worded, you might have to pay the mana cost of the spell you're copying. It's a pretty cool idea, but a little too undefined. Maybe if it had a cast trigger like the legendary Eldrazi. That way you would go through the entire casting process as-is, then it becomes the copy. Also, a copy of a spell isn't a spell anywhere except on the stack, so if you try to copy a permanent, it'll fail to enter the battlefield, because it will try to enter as an instant. It would have to become a copy of a card, and I always get in trouble when I do that here.
Lapson2 - I am really ambivalent about this. I can see how it could be abused, but it just doesn't excite me. Then again, neither did Strionic Resonator. Just not my cup of tea. Also, the wording should probably mimic that of Progenitor Mimic. "Whenever you activate an activated ability of this creature or a triggered ability of this creature triggers, if it isn't a copy, copy that ability." It's wordy, but it's correct. You shouldn't refer to the stack by name, and as such, you need to specify the types of abilities.
Megs - This card is bad and you should feel bad. I recognize that you crossed it out, but it warrants reiteration.
Caiaphas - This is in the same vein as Lapson's card. I think it's more balanced, requires fewer words, and is better defined in the rules.
CC - This is pretty cool. It's vaguely reminiscent of Merieke Ri Berit.
TheCooler - Evoke. Makes sense. It's a little too straightforward to use with Fiend Hunter, but otherwise, it's a cool way to use ETB/LTB effects. Take that Thragtusk!
Ink-Treader - I don't understand what the first one has to do with the challenge, and the second one doesn't really work. See SelesnyaNewLife's feedback above.
AmShegar - I like Hordespawn! Memorymorph is more like Memoryissuesmorph, especially since the card always goes back to a hidden zone.
clownin - Devourling is kinda weird, because it has two replacement effects. You have to know the order to apply them in, because if you apply the copy effect first, it loses devour.
JtMS - This should honestly just be red. It doesn't feel blue at all.
Oculus - This is perfect. You win.
Sir Karn - Instant or sorcery spell? Otherwise, this is pretty cool, although kinda cheap. It's basically Fork plus a body.
CodaPDX - This is kinda cool. I feel like the effect is appropriately costed, but I don't know how often I'll be excited to pay it.

FreshMeat - Tokens that are copies of other tokens are kinda cool. I would love to somehow team this up with Mirrorworks and Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas for extra weirdness. Eyes in the Sky to destroy two target permanents, anyone?
Caiaphas - This is in the same vein as Lapson's card. I think it's more balanced, requires fewer words, and is better defined in the rules.
