Hell's Phoenix - RB
Creature - Demon Phoenix {R}
Flying, Haste
Whenever an opponent plays a spell, sacrifice Burning Demon.
Whenever you play a spell, return Burning Demon from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Mark of the OstracizedWB
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant creature
Each other permanent has protection from the enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature has protection from everything. This effect doesn’t remove Mark of the Ostracized. Deny the world and the world shall deny you.
This is a really weird effect that is probably too strong with quite a few cards. It makes the enchanted creature unblockable, untargetable, and inable to take damage from pyroclasm effects. Ehh.
If an opponent would search a library, that player draws a card instead.
If you would search your library, scry 3 and draw a card instead.
This isn't really a mirrored effect, as you get a lot more benefit out of it. I'm not sure how this would affect a fetchland-infested format; my intuition says that this is a really powerful card. Also, this doesn't really feel white to me.
Fixed the wording. The "this doesn't remove..." bit should be on the line where the creature gains protection, not where everything else gains protection.
Quagborn Seer2BG
Creature - Elf Druid (R)
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may put another target card in your graveyard on top of your library.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, you may have that player put the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
2/2
IIW: Cool copy effects
This feels balanced enough, but the mill part feels super random and ineffectual. This card would be completely fine as mono-black and honestly it would make more sense.
Simple yet good. At times this requires more mana than Burden of Guilt; at others it requires less. It's a simple, clean design, though; although transforming it after a creature has attacked or blocked is a little complex for a common, it seems fine to me.
Soul Clock
Artifact (R)
Whenever you lose life, each opponent loses that much life.
Whenever an opponent gains life, you gain that much life.
At the beginning of each upkeep, you lose 1 life.
:symtap:: Each opponent gains 1 life. Winding the clock back has never been so important.
IIW: Bear land.
This is busted beyond all belief. In the aggro mirror, it literally makes it impossible to race as dealing combat damage to a player with this out will not change the difference in life totals. This does way too much for three mana and I'm not sure a card like this needs to exist.
Reckless Giant2RR
Creature - Giant (C)
Whenever Reckless Giant deals damage to a creature or player, Reckless Giant deals that much damage to itself.
4/6
iiw mafia!
Clean and efficient, but it's effectively a 4/2 if you're attacking or blocking with it. It's not a bad effect, but it needs a way to interact with the damage it deals or something.
Hell's Phoenix - 1RB
Creature - Demon Phoenix {R}

Whenever you play a spell, return Burning Demon from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Temporal Manipulator2U
Creature- Human Wizard (Common)
T: Look at the top card of your library. If it's a card named Temporal Manipulation, you may reveal it, exile it, and take an extra turn after this one.
1/1
This is common because new players love when cards reference other specific cards
But it shouldn't be common because it's extremely parasitic and reliant on a mythic. It's also horribly overcosted if you don't have any cards named Temporal Manipulation in your deck.
My daily cards can predict future challenges? Interesting...
Don't judge this, its rarity disqualifies it. This only serves as evidence that I can predict the future with my DCC entries. I will be sure to use this newfound power for the greater good of myself and no others.
Also, considering that designing for rarity is a pretty key piece to design, I'd say at best it's like using a sundial as a stopwatch.
