Domri, Lord of the Pit2RG
Planeswalker — Domri [M]
[+1]: Target nonplaneswalker permanent you control becomes a red and green Elemental creature with base power and toughness 3/3 until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter on it.
[-X]: Put an X/X red and green Wurm creature token onto the battlefield. Choose another creature. The token fights that creature.
[-7] You get an emblem with "Whenever a creature you control is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to target creature or player."

Ral of the Izzet1UR
Planeswalker - Ral (M)
[+1]: Target player draws a card, then discards a card.
[-1]: Ral of the Izzet deals 1 damage target creature. Tap that creature.
[-5]: You get an emblem with "Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost 1UR less to cast." {3}
aa- The ultimate needs to be tweaked to prevent infinite shenanigans I guess, but it doesn't really capture Domri. Does -X intentionally not target? The +1 is just too complicated.
AS- Not sure if Tamiyo is white. Overall pretty underwhelming in terms of flavor and utility. Interesting new bounds for abilities though.
SNL- That +2 is insane. That should not be a repeatable ability for 4 mana. The ultimate is nice flavor-wise, but power-wise it "dies to removal." Compare to Ajani Goldmane's ultimate.
PPN- The +1 is good and will probably be seen one day on a u/r walker. The -1 is underwhelming. The ultimate could get confusing. Does it make Act of Treason cost 0? Usually reducing cost by colored mana only reduces the colored portion. What would have been really cool to see is an instant/sorcery Aluren ultimate: "You may cast instant and sorcery cards with converted mana cost 3 or less without paying their mana cost and as though they had flash."
other AS- We've seen more than one Elspeth before. All of the abilities are really underwhelming. If Elspeth's going to die or whatever and come back, you're going to have to make her pretty awesome to avoid pissing a lot of people off.
Although this challenge really shines in my eyes, it wasn't that much popular last time. So, if you all like, you may do an alternative challenge: Hybrid-cost planeswalkers. Any of the two challenges will be considered a valid entry!
Hedron Seal4 Artifact{M}
Hideaway (This artifact enters the battlefield tapped. When it does, look at the top four cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom of your library.) T: Double the amount of colorless mana in your mana pool. This turn, you may play the exiled card, but only using colorless mana to pay for its costs.

Tibalt, Devil's Advocate1(B/R)(B/R)
Planeswalker - Tibalt (M)
+1: Until your next turn, players can't gain life and damage can't be prevented.
-5: Target opponent gets an emblem with "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, it deals damage equal to its power to you."
-5: You get an emblem with "Whenever you or a creature you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, this emblem deals 5 damage to that player."

Tibalt, Patron of Insanity2(B/R)(B/R)
Planeswalker — Tibalt [M]
When Tibalt, Patron of Insanity has no loyalty abilities, transform him.
[0]: Each player sacrifices a permanent. Tibalt loses this ability.
[0]: Each player draws two cards, then discards two cards at random. Tibalt loses this ability.
[0]: Tibalt deals 3 damage to target creature or player and 3 damage to you. Tibalt loses this ability.

//// Tibalt, Spark Unraveled
{BR} Legendary Creature — Devil
First strike (B/R)(B/R), Remove a loyalty counter from Tibalt: Target permanent's controller sacrifices it. Delving too deep into his own torturous madness, Tibalt's mind snapped, and his spark followed shortly after. His desire to inflict pain, however, only grew stronger.
4/2
Venser, Seeker of the Unseen2
Planeswalker - Venser (M)
Hideaway
+1: Until your next turn, whenever a creature deals combat damage to Venser, Seeker of the Unseen, exile that creature face down.
+0: Look at the top three cards of your library. Exile one of them face down, and put the rest on top of your library in any order.
-6: You get an emblem with "You may cast cards exile with Venser, Seekser of the Unseen. You may spend mana as though it were any color to cast cards exiled by Venser, Seeker of the Unseen."
[4]
(Hideaway feels a little inelegant here, what with coming into play tapped as part of the ability. Feel free to disregard it if you wish.)
Am Shegar - Flavorful, balanced, simple and cool. The way I like it.
scardo - Tibalt itself is a devil, right? Oh, well. The card is so situational, that it would only probably see use as sideboard. Although powerful when kicking in, none of the abilities has impact of its own, which is sad.
admirableadmiral - While I like the idea of eventually transform a planeswalker, this doesn't feel as a Planeswalker. This could have been easily a creature, an artifact or even an enchantment.
Winterspring - Simple and basic, but a bit boring. It basically add you an additional card in hand plus flash (I think) for two mana.
TacticalCelebrant - I see dead planeswalkers. Well, I will disregard the Hideaway thing as it doesn't feel elegant at all. The abilities are good. I would make the second one a +1 too with only looking tha top card and making the exile optional. That way you don't rely on the first one to add loyalty and getting exiled card.
Winner: Am Shegar

Platinum Ant can't be blocked. The only way to find them is to feel them first. [0/1]
Also, another old design of mine, "Birthplace": Much like Auras, they are a type that add not much to rules by themselves, but they can be interacted with using the type. Also, like Auras have an enchant ability, Birthplace must have a birth ability. "<Creature Type> birth" means "<Creature Type> spells you cast cost 1 less to cast."
Tree of Wisdom
Land - Birthplace {U}
Druid birth.
When a Druid you control becomes the target of an spell or ability, sacrifice Tree of Wisdom.
Underground Lair

If Underground Lair would enter the battlefield, you may sacrifice an untapped Mountain instead. If you do, put Underground Lair onto the battlefield. If you don't, put it into its owner's graveyard.
Goblin birth.
Oona's Palace
Legendary Land - Birthplace {R}
Faerie birth.
Mountaintop Nest
Land - Birthplace {R}
Drake and Dragon birth.
Whenever you play a Drake or Dragon spell, Mountaintop Nest deals 1 damage to you.
Castle Barracks
Land - Birthplace {M}
Knight birth.
Untapped Knight creatures you control get +0/+1.
Oops. Knew I forgot something. But aside from that, the theme of the card was "defend your walker, then you get rewarded depending on how well he was defended" in terms of gameplay mechanics.
Pancho - The bug is potentially broken, but even if it isn't, I don't like how it is non-interactable. 1 power is not what made Invisible Stalker such an awful experience, so reducing the cost seems a bit dangerous. Birthplaces are all over the place.
scarbo - Looks good, sounds nice and make sence. I enjoy the fact that, in spirit of the block, it is fetchable.
WinterSpring - somewhat of a hassle to keep track of, but I like it otherwise.
ArchSin - the fact that it is a land adds zero to it.
WINNER: scarbo
