Didn't judge yesterday because I only saw one entry... Oh, well! Let's get with the new challenge...
THIS1GG
Creature - Eldrazi Drone (R)
Devoid (This creature is colorless)
Ingest (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top card of his or her library)
Whenever a card is exiled, put a +1/+1 counter on THIS. [3/3]
IIW: Make a card based on the title of a song you like.
Well, kind of sad only three people entered, but what can you expect when I won last round by literaly being the only participent?
Anyway, judging time:
Am Shegar - Adventuring Warlord: seems preety strong in limited, but in a good way. In the end though, this could cause confusion when a lot of creatures block at the same time.
netn10 - Dominator of Ulamog: This is awsome. The one thing I really like about ingest is the neat things you could do with the cards you ingested. In all honesty though this feels more blue/black than just just mono blue, since you can also steal creatures and enchantments this way, which are thing blue doesn't care that much about, at least not like the other colors. Its more in black's flavour to steal everything and blue's flavour to steal specific things, namely instants and sorceries.
PanchoPonceN - THIS: THIS seems like renown on steroids, because this can trigger in so many things. But that's excectly what makes this card seem cool: A simple but steady mechanic that just feels natural to the card and it's flavour.

Sorcery [M]
Sacrifice all permanents you control. Shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw 7 cards. You may put any number of permanent cards with total converted mana cost X or less from your hand onto the battlefield, where X is the number of cards sacrificed this way.
NivZegana, the Watermind 9UUU(R/G)(R/G)(R/G)
Legendary Creature - Dragon Merfolk Kraken
Flying, trample, haste, Protection from black, white and instants. 1U(R/G): Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, then draw a card for each +1/+1 counter on that creature.
CytosplatterxRG
Sorcery
Target player puts an X/X green Ooze creature token onto the battlefield. Deal X damage to each other creature that player controls. This Cytoplast stuff is pretty neat. Why hasn't anyone tried to fire it out of a cannon?

Exciting Research1U(R/G)
Sorcery (R)
If R was spent to cast Exciting Research, draw three cards then discard a card. If G was spent to cast Exciting Research, return a card from your graveyard to your hand. Cooperation between guilds often leads to major results: major improvements or major disasters.
Sorry about my late judgement... Many awesome entries everyone!
admirableadmiral - Reminds me of The Great Aurora and Warp World. Cards like this cost a lots of mana for a good reasons. Your card, while looking very fun in Commander, is very, Very cheap for what it does.
Am Shegor - This card is very flavorful and unique. I got two problems with it though: The first one, this color combination doesn't usually gets an "Equipment Matter" cards, and the more important - the first option kills it immediately and that's super awkward. With that said - very cool card!
Scarbo - This card is clearly inspired by Death Cloud. Also, I can't see how this card is "Izzet meets Simic". With that said, this card is a gift for those "Group Hug" decks, and that's awesome.
Forestsguy - This card... Is very, Very wierd. It is the literal "Izzet meet Simic", but it feels like an abomination. The abilities doesn't mash that well together, and the activate ability feels like a win more...
TacticalCelebrant - The flavor text cracked me up! This effect seems very printable and even competitive. I like that it has two hidden option that are "Kill your opponent's creatures or give you a fatty and maybe kill your other creatures". All in all, interesting card.
PanchoPanceN - This card is GAS! I absolutely loves that each of the abilities synegize so well together. Also, it tells a story of "Blue brings the science side of red and green", and that's lovely. Also - this looks like a constracted card, and very balanced to boot. I am in love
SelesnyaNewLife - This card is very cute. The abilities are pretty unique and ignite the Jonny within me. The haste feels a little tacked on, and this card doesn't feel that Izzet-y.
JuanCu - This card is very interesting. Rarity is missing so I'm guessing it's an uncommon? The effects howerver, are pretty small. Hexproof and flash are nice, but not pumping toughness immediately hurts this card. I think I'd rater run cards like Feral Invocation. However, I really do appreciate the fact that you found an aura that really feels like a mono blue, Simic and Izzet all together, and that's awesome.
ArchSuccubus - Everyone gets to be Experiment Kraj! This card looks very fun in Commander, and it feels like a truly Izzet-Simic card. However, this card looks like a hell of Layering problems and keeping tracking of all the creatures on the battlefield. Very simple and fun card on the first sight, but probably a headache on the second sight.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
I can't think of many ways to make the Rumor Mill a better place, but I know that antagonising the userbase with tasteless tired parody is not one of them.
Serra, Progenitor of the Heavens3WW
Planeswalker — Serra [M]
[+1]: Put a 1/1 white Human creature token onto the battlefield. Until your next turn, creatures you control have indestructible as long as they're untapped.
[-3]: Put a 4/4 white Angel creature token named Serra Angel with flying and vigilance onto the battlefield.
[-8]: Destroy all tapped permanents your opponents control.

Am Shegar: A cute card. It's elegant, simple, on color and flavorful. I just think that having it immediately able to use its "ultimate" isn't the right way to go.
scarbo: The +1 is very powerful, but not broken. 1/2 tokens with defender aren't elegant. Also, I don't like the way they interact with the ultimate.
iphanx: Too wordy to be considered "elegant". Nonetheless, it is powerful and on color. I just think is a bit too powerful. Maybe raising it to 2BR and up a bit the first ability?
Chemtrails: This is very elegant. It's also balanced: it's obvious that the -1 is the most powerful ability, so the other abilities aren't THAT good. I like it.
Forestguy: Ugh. Those abilities are anything but elegant. They are wordy and/or complicated. This isn't a bad card, just not what I was expecting for this challenge.
SelesnyaNewLife: This is powerful, lot of synergy, elegant and balanced. If anything, seems a bit boring and straightforward. But still a good card.
admirableadmiral: Wordy, lots of things going on... this isn't elegant. But still a good card, I think.
