Cardz5000 - Meggoshi seem pretty cool although for some reason it reminds of a certain mtgs user. I don't know if I like this card, I feel like it's saying a lot to not accomplish very much.
scarbo - I appreciate trying to take a spin on the challenge but I usually dislike custom 'walkers in general. It doesn't seem too bad but it doesn't feel like Narset, not enough uninteractivity.
LieutenantWharf - This is a fun little mix of abilities, its flavorful and they all fit together well. 3 mana might be a little low for such a versatile card. Also, no way that flavor text fits on an actual card.
SNL1 - It's lotus cobra for enchantments that's also a rabbit - I don't really think this deserves to be mythic rare, it's significantly less pushed than it's predecessor. I don't find this terribly interesting.
SNL2 - This is a bit better, I enjoy top-down effects like this. I'd suggest changing the effect to "..for each opponent that controls more land than you, gain control of target land that player controls" but otherwise it seems good.
aa - This card is pretty cool, it feels a lot like a mythic. It strikes me as more of a blue effect though (or maybe even w/u).
Ink-Treader - I figured you'd make a licid! This definitely feels like a mythic licid, the part I like most is how you need to keep switching it between modes to get the most out of its static abilities. It may have a little too much going on on the first side, maybe you should just choose 1 of hexproof and the targeting ability. Still, it's good design.
Cythare - Clean, elegant effect, makes for a cool jellyfish mythic. This may actually be too pushed, it does a decent Tidespout tyrant impression. It also goes infinite with Cloud of faeries and the like. Maybe up the cmc a little and you're golden.
Cardz5001 - It's definitely flavored like a dreadnought but I feel this card as a whole is really inelegant. I think you may have tried too hard to make a top-down effect to match the flavor.
ManyCookies - This is cute flavor, and an interesting use of threshold. I like this version better than the rules-headache version, put it still does weird things with multiple copies out and threshold up. I'd suggest renaming it "Ancient of Menios" or something and taking off the legendary supertype.
Ninja Caterpie - I like this guy, his effects are sweet and they work together nicely. Maybe you should have put in a little more work because you forgot your iiw again you dope.
willows - I like this - sirens do 2 things, make enemy creatures attack, and gain control of them, and this does both quite elegantly. Maybe this could do without the "as long as.. is on the battlefield" clause so you can do a suicide block to steal a big creature.
IcariiFA - Cute flavor! Maybe this should be a 5/5 demon since that's all the rage now. I probably would have costed this wb, but otherwise good job!
IcariiFB - Hm, it's certainly an interesting effect. I feel like the incentive with this card is to mostly use it as a blocker, so I don't think it really feels like a mythic fox.
Cardz5002 - Interesting take on the challenge, but I dislike cards like this where it usually just straight up locks your opponent out of the game.
Redkid43 - Let's pretend for the purpose of this judging that you worded this so it works, it's a pretty cool idea for an effect. I think 7/7 for 6 is pretty pushed with an ability this broad, especially since blue doesn't generally get efficient creatures.
Specter Thief - This just seems insanely powerful to me. Repeatable thoughtseize isn't something to be taken lightly and the haste puts it over-the-top. To your credit, it is a pretty clean design. It just needs a little bit of tuning.
Megiddo - This is pretty clutch - it really feels like a mythic cephalid in the spirit of the cephalids of yore. Simple effects and not too messy.
Winner: Megiddo! Congratulations!
HM: LieutenantWarf, SNL, AA, Ink-Treader, Cythare, ManyCookies, Ninja Caterpie, willows, Icarii (lots of cards I liked this round)
Next: Puns. You will be judged solely on the quality of your pun and how well it relates to your card concept.

Yeah basically. Except then you'd be running Giant Growth.
Two Birds with One Loan3WU
Sorcery (R)
Target opponent activates a mana ability of each land he or she controls. Then empty that player's mana pool and put two 1/1 white Bird tokens with flying onto the battlefield for each mana emptied from that player's mana pool. Without your backing, we would have never taken off.
Morning Wood2GG
Sorcery (R)
Search your library for for a forest and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.
When you tap a forest this turn, add G to your mana pool. A firm grasp on the wood's life comes when all it's dwellers first rise.
Buddy Lice2B
Creature - Insect (U) B, T: Put a -1/-1 counter on target non artifact creature. The true miracle is when they don't think you're awesome.

Woodland Shogun2GG
Creature - Brushwagg Samurai (R)
Creatures you control have Brushido 3. (Whenever a creature you control blocks or becomes blocked, it gets -3/+3 until end of turn.)
4/3
Two Birds with One Loan3WU
Sorcery (R)
Tap each untapped land target opponent controls. For each land tapped this way, put two 1/1 white Bird tokens with flying onto the battlefield. Without your backing, we would have never taken off.
Timekiller3BB
Creature - Horror (R)
Vanishing 3 (This permanent enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
Whenever a time counter is removed from Timekiller, you may put a time counter on another target creature. If it doesn’t have vanishing, it gains vanishing.

Two Birds with One Loan3WU
Sorcery (R)
Tap each untapped land target opponent controls. For each land tapped this way, put two 1/1 white Bird tokens with flying onto the battlefield. Without your backing, we would have never taken off.
In response, they tap all their lands?
True, and adding something like split second seems cheesy/out of flavor... hmmmm. I'll think about that one.

Using something based on Drain Power's wording could make it work.

Split second also doesn't stop players from activating mana abilities. Something like Sir Aureus is suggesting could work:
Two Birds with One Loan3WU
Sorcery (R)
Target opponent activates a mana ability of each land he or she controls. Then empty that player's mana pool and put two 1/1 white Bird tokens with flying onto the battlefield for each mana emptied from that player's mana pool.
Yes, but then that puts mana into their mana pool (unless they cast an instant/activate an ability), and you still get birds from that mana when you empty the pool.
Woodland Shinobi2GG
Creature - Brushwagg Samurai (R)
Creatures you control have Brushido 3. (Whenever a creature you control blocks or becomes blocked, it gets -3/+3 until end of turn.)

Word War IG
Sorcery (C)
Target creature you control debates target creature you don't control (Each deals damage equal to the number of words in its name to the other) "But words will never hurt me... right?" — Little Timmy, last words.
Goopfella1RG
Creature - Ooze (U) T: Target creature becomes an Ooze in addition to its other types, and its last name becomes Goopfella (A creature named Grizzly Bears becomes Grizzly Bears Goopfella).
A Goopfella can't block anotha' Goopfella.
3/3
Gryffs Ungiven3WU
Sorcery (R)
Target opponent may have you put a 1/1 white Griffin creature token with flying onto the battlefield. If they don't, draw a card. Repeat this process three more times.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Abbey Defender
Creature - Human Cleric (C)
Nunjutsu ( , Return a blocking creature you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand blocking the same creature.)
As long as Abbey Defender is blocking it gets +0/+3.
