Glowcharge Mist RWU
Enchantment [U]
Whenever you cast a spell with rebound, Glowfire Mist deals 1 damage to target creature or player and you gain 1 life.
IIW: Positive emotions via red.
I don't get what makes rebound more white then it is black or green (red and blue I can understand)
White has the strongest connection to exile, though I do admit it was a bit of a stretch. I know black or green is the "regrowth" color but rebound seems more flickery/spell like to me.

Put target blocking creature on top of its owner's library. You lose life equal to its power.
You don't get my flavor? I explained my flavor, I also had more than that creature for several hours before your judging to show design space...
Also, how the hell is "screams for combos" necessarily a bad thing. The game is all about interaction, so you are going to do your best to deal with the down-sides of your cards...
Anyway, whatever.
Xegum, the Relentless Crag - 1WBR
Legendary Creature - Elemental
Each creature gains Absorb X(If a source would deal damage to this creature, prevent X of that damage.) where X is equal to the power of that creature.

First of all, not everything I said was a 'bad thing' sometimes I just make observations, and one of the observations I made was that is likes to be comboed, not a bad thing, just felt worth mentioning to me.
You listed things that were mechanical reasons that the keyword fit the wedge, but when I say I don't get the flavor, it means that flavor wise I don't understand what the creature does to make the 'soulbleed' happen or even what 'soulbleeding' is in the first place.
as for the other creatures you have some cool ones, but I was mainly looking at the Keywords during this challenge, and they didn't effect my judging.

No idea what the challenge is, but I have to post this.
Chicken on a Raft1UUBB Enchantment [R]
Cumulative Upkeep - Each player mills until he or she mills a land card. (To mill, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)
Whenever ~ would leave the battlefield, remove all counters from it instead. More than one mage has been driven insane by the sound of the singing relentlessly grinding away.
That doesn't work as a cumulative upkeep. You can't pay "each player mills until he or she mills a land card" as a cost because you can't know ahead of time whether or not there are any land cards left in a player's library. Throw in a "or has no cards left in his or her library" and I think it works, though.
EDIT: After the changed wording, you want a "for each age counter on Chicken on a Raft".
How about scrapping the whole optionality? At the beginning of your upkeep put an age counter on ~, then each players mills until they mill a land card for each counter on ~.

The_Cooler
You know what I really don't like? Cards with a flip trigger and not an enters the battlefield trigger.
Maokun
This card is cute. the 3/1 unblockable spirit for 3 kinda makes this sub par, but it's still cute and it isn't bad per-se.
Moon-E
Wow. The card is too confusing, and unflipping is the least of it's concerns. When you show this to a new player I'd bet good money they have no idea how they should be flipping it. Hell, I'm not entirely sure how I should be flipping it. It's a funny idea but...
Prophylaxis
I don't really like how this isn't actually a riding drake as an enchantment. That's a great flavor opportunity missed there. Other than that it's... Fine I guess? I dunno. Unexciting. But if it was a riding drake you would have won.
Bloodyspasm
This is not common. The complexity on this card is stupid high, so it doesn't belong at common. Also, I wouldn't go paying for a creature I only get one hit in with when I could play a burn spell that'd do the same thing for less or the same. It'd also not give my opponent a blocker.
Asianinvasion
This card seems riddled with fundemental design flaws, no offense. It flips when an opponent stops playing spells, which is traditionally when their hand is very low or even empty so the specter has low or no P/T. The fact that attacking lowers its own power produces a lot of unwanted tension, and the one specter printed with similar abilities was disliked because of that.
