"In the blink of an eye, anything can happen. Even a lifetime of training."
i know nothing about the "Level up" mechanic, so that's still the standing challenge, i just wanted to explain to everyone else about the above card.
the Buyback ability doesn't remember the you used to play it- if you played it; it only checks to see if there are any counters on creature, then doubles any that are. the Buyback is just a one-target, one-turn Doubling Season- not an uberpumper, because the Buyback abilty checks the X as 0.
now, back to the previous post, because i'm stuck in the good days.

Next: A flavorful Black, Green, and White creature
Runa Eyrna: The first ability isn't always useful, so it seems like a card that would be sideboarded (unless, of course, you made artifacts of your own). double nathed!
New Runa - It's kind of hard to see the old Runa here, which is kind of what I meant for the challenge (maybe that wasn't clear). I like it, but I think it could be better. The "draw three cards" is pie-breaky in a sense allowable only in Planar Chaos type stuff (eg. Harmonize.) I want the card draw to be tied to creatures somehow, as is typical of green (Collective Unconscious, Soul's Majesty, etc). The other thing, is that I wish that the big ability exiled the cards and put that many saprolings into play - the flavor idea being that those "dead" cards are used as "mulch" for the saprolings to sprout. Still, 8/10
Beltheren - I don't see Ouphe in the type line, nor do I see why this is an "Ouphe" PW. I admit that this might because I'm unfamiliar with the Ouphe creature type in Magic. Other than that... the card is clunky and feels messy. Like, the -2 ability mentions that you can't play it more than once per turn twice. Also, for a 5 mana walker, 4 Loyalty seems low. the original Chandra starts with 6 and she's monocolored. 7/10
challenge: interesting creature. this is kind of a creature (well, it makes one) hope it still fits.
Planeswalker types are typically the PW's name, so...

Make a legendary creature named ~ blademaster. Make him powerful.
Algo's word: The confusing wording aside (no offense, but I think you could have made it simpler) this is either a difficult card to use, or one that is too powerful. You could get a lot of powerful creatures pretty early, (4 4/4's for 4, for example, is rediculous) and on an usual game your opponents would only steal two of them on turn 4 if they happen to have untapped lands. And at that point, paying 1 during your upkeep to keep each on alive isn't much really. As soon as you can produce 4 or more mana, it get's out of hand. 2/10

I think it's a play off really, your opponent decides how much pain they can take, and (assuming they hit land drops) take up to half your creatures.
