Rules question, if it exiled the spell first, then copied it would it work? Cause while your opponent may OWN their cards in exile, do they control them? (A bit too meta for my knowledge.. that or I'm just spacing on this.)

I find it odd that the Magic designers forgot Upkeep. It would cut down on word clutter.
