This fails to hose Caei. In fact, it's the other way around. If the Caei controller's opponent were to put this on their own creature, they would have a land creature with protection from everything... until SBEs caused the Aura to fall off.
Caei effects all lands, yours and theirs.
So what would be the point of ever enchanting an opponent's creature with Terramorphis in the first place? The point is Caei causes Terramorphis to automatically be put into the graveyard every time. You have managed to make a "hoser" that in fact just does nothing while my card is out.
If you had some kind of global effect, like "creatures you control are lands in addition to their other types", then that would be a nasty hoser.
As it stands I'll just hose both Terramorphis and Caei:
