Just some ideas I've been turning over in my head. Some are more for Commander, while others could be for anything I suppose.

Flying
At the beginning of your end step, if a creature you control dealt combat damage to a player this turn, you may return target creature card at random from your graveyard to the battlefield.

As long as a creature card in a graveyard has flying, Zombie creatures you control have Flying. The same is true for ~ (Keyword Salad). "There are very few new ideas; but rather ones recycled from things long past. This is where I find my greatest inspirations." - Geralf

Blade of Souls2
Artifact - Equipment (R)
Whenever a creature dies, put a Soul counter on Blade of Souls.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each Soul counter on Blade of Souls.

I've never been overly fond of spells involving "random" selection of cards from certain game locations. I know the process isn't overly overbearing, but the graveyard is one of those places where you have subtle conflicts as to whether the graveyard matters or doesn't matter. Really, this a personal preference of mine. It feels undercosted but I'm not sure about the 3 colors. It throws me off there. It feels like it should be more or... a mana cost attached to bringing a creature back. With red and whites creature generation abilities, it seems like this can go over the top very quickly.
Blade of Souls...a more expensive Blade of the Bloodchief? OIC... the difference is keeping the counters and transferring them to a new creature... hhmmm... I'd try to run that in some decks which must mean it's too strong. Restrict it to non-tokens?
Oh man I forgot Blade of the Bloodchief was a thing! I suppose I could limit it to nontoken creatures. It's a pretty strong effect, but I figured it really doesn't give any bonus initially so I didn't think it was that powerful.
Blade of Souls
I misremembered Banshee's Blade as having that trigger. Maybe I was mixing it up with Blade of the Bloodchief also. It is reasonably different from Blade of the Bloodchief because the counters are on the Equipment and it doesn't have the Vampire interaction.
One concern might be that it can gain counters even if it is not equipped allowing it to work for creature-light control decks. If you want to prevent that, one way to reword it could be to give the ability to the equipped creature:
Equipped creature has "Whenever a creature dies, put a soul counter on Blade of Souls."
Kulphera, Battleborn
If the randomness is meant to prevent abuse, maybe like unearth it should also exile it if it would leave the battlefield. Or like more recent cards, exile the card from the graveyard and create a token that is a copy of it.
Also, nit picky maybe, should this be targeted? After a quick search, I think Grip of Chaos, Goblin Test Pilot, and Scab-Clan Giant are the only cards that involve random targets. That is the point of Grip of Chaos, where as Goblin Test Pilot and Scab-Clan Giant both affect permanents so the opponent should be able interact before the ability resolves.
Abilities that interact randomly with cards in graveyards though do not target the cards. The choice is just made as the ability resolves. Tariel, Reckoner of Souls, Kheru Lich Lord, Charmbreaker Devils, Deadbridge Chant, Fossil Find, Ghoulraiser, etc.
Kulphera, Battleborn carries on the legacy of Ghoulraiser and the randoms from Innistrad. Returning directly to the battlefield comes with its own pitfalls e. g. with multiple copies of the card itself being a liability even in the graveyard (in hand it can be discard fodder at least).
It's interesting that this ability can be triggered by casting the card second main phase. Reminiscent of raid.

I like the mixture of tribal lord and Concerted Effort variant (of which we had a few). I'm not exactly certain how I feel about the flavor on Stitched Masterwork since it does not convey the "sharing abilities" aspect in name nor flavor text. Thematically best would be making this a stitcher rather than a Zombie itself.
If you want to keep this a Zombie it would be better to make this "~ and other Zombie creatures you control have flying". It's a slight functional change that will almost never matter, but quiet often serve as a reminder that this does not only affect other Zombies you control (as lords can do these days).
As a concept this one is the most intriguing of these three.

Blade of Souls immediately reminded me of Banshee's Blade as well. Since equipment is usually harder to remove than the equipped creature this is a notable upgrade to Blade of the Bloodchief outside of the tribe. In general I would be wary of Equipment that can just lie around and get better over time.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Stitched Masterwork seems fine. I can totally see this being in Innistrad 3.
I will agree with SavannahLion. I was getting a Blade of the Bloodchief vibe from that one.
