For consideration in L2, take #336 on the "double Aura" concept (hey, maybe this one will work!) Thanks to Legend for the inspiration.
Logos of Strength2G
Enchantment [C] Avow — Sacrifice Logos of Strength: Create two green Aura enchantment tokens named Vow of Strength and attach them to two different creatures. Those Auras have enchant creature and "Enchanted creature gets +2/+2."
Logos of Ascension3U
Enchantment [C] Avow — Sacrifice Logos of Ascension: Create two blue Aura enchantment tokens named Vow of Ascension and attach them to two different creatures. Those Auras have enchant creature and "Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has flying."
Logos of Peace4WW
Enchantment [U] Avow — Sacrifice Logos of Peace: Create two white Aura enchantment tokens named Vow of Peace and attach them to two different creatures. Those Auras have enchant creature and "Enchanted creature can't attack or block."
Logos of Servitude2BB
Enchantment [R] Avow — Sacrifice Logos of Servitude: Create two black Aura enchantment tokens named Vow of Servitude and attach them to two different creatures. Those Auras have enchant creature and "When enchanted creature dies, return that card to the battlefield under your control."
////////
Alternately, I was thinking that I could re-work these all as enchantment creatures, although the flavor may also need re-working. For example:
Logos of Might2G
Enchantment Creature — Elemental [C] Voice — When Logos of Might enters the battlefield, create a green Aura enchantment token named Voice of Might and attach it to another target creature. That Aura has enchant creature and "Enchanted creature gets +2/+2."
[2/2]
I like this double enchantment idea. Maybe you could have only one type of enchantment token, like "colorless enchantment aura creature +1/+1" having the Markmage mechanic on the enchantment that creates one also. Just an idea to reduce complexity a bit (but 5 tokens in a set is manageable).
Yeah, I like some aspects of the "generic Aura token" idea, but the thing I don't like about it is that, if you have it grant +1/+1, it just feels like a complicated +1/+1 counter, and if you do anything else, then it probably isn't generic enough.
"Logos" sounds a bit modern/corporate, but I like the cards otherwise.
Guesswork can correct me if I'm wrong, but you're thinking 'logos' like it's the plural of logo, where I believe he's going for 'logos', which means something along the lines of logic.
'logos', which means something along the lines of logic.
It means 'word' if memory serves - which also is the thematic/flavor link here: you need the word to make a vow (or two as the case may be).
These seem fine. The instant-speed aspect could be a concern at common. On-board combat trick and a little wordy to boot. In general this seems good, but its viability as a mechanic depends strongly on whether it's a gimick or actually serves a grander purpose. The tokens are a lot to commit to as well if you got other things going on.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I'd be curious to know where you think the distinction between gimmicky and grand lies. Like, I could see "enchanted creatures matter" as either a gimmicky way to increase the relevance of the mechanic, or its grander purpose.
I probably read it as logos (the English one) because it's a much more commonly used word. In this context, I was interpreting "logo" as something along the lines of "glyph" or "rune" and thus "logos" since these cards generate two "glyphs" (tokens). I suspect this will be a common misinterpretation.

Also, should the Aura(s) target, or not?

Choose one of these judge of creation:
Make Strionic Resonator shine!
You can not grasp the true form of Ashiok's attack!

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
