I think Kujo needs to cost 1 more based on Hunter's Insight and Cold-Eyed Selkie. The less powerful, but less situational, evasion is good, and the "regenerate" ability makes it much less of a risk to attack with it. Quite a strong little card there.
Vaya is horrifyingly powerful ramp in mono-green, not quite up to the absurdity of Rofellos, but she's getting there.
Rofellos doubles the value of your Forests starting on turn 3. Six green on turn 3.
Vaya doubles the value of 2/3 of your forests starting on turn 3, but leaves turn 2 open for Rampant Growth type effects, Six green on turn 3.
Vaya also lets you break up your extra mana in chunks of 5, where Rofellos gives it all in one big lump.
On the other hand, Rofellos is easily abused with untap effects, where Vaya is not.
But there's no delay to use Vaya's ability if she shows up later in a game, Rofellos is affected by summoning sickness.
I just don't know, I'd say Vaya is running rather close to the brokenness line, just not sure which side she's falling on.
Kujo should cost more and have more power and toughness. Having the powerful draw ability with a low P/T makes it feel UG rather than just G. I get that you're supposed to pump it, but it gives it a combinatory "simic" feel to have it work that way.
Maybe 2GG for a 2/3? Or a 3/4 and lose the indestructible.
Vaya is drastically overpowered at 1 mana. 3 mana would be better and put him closer to new-selvala (who is already quite pushed in terms of power).
I don't like scaling curiosity effects... especially on 1/1s. I think curiosity could be keyworded, it's such a fun ability and surely something that could be put on a number of green and blue cards.
Here's a possible card: NameG
Legendary? Creature - Elf Scout
Haste Curiosity
1/1
This would surely punish slower control decks.
As for Vaya... this is still combo-bait, like heritage druid.
Vaya, Forest Whisper is supposed to be pushed, almost as it were a fixed Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary. I mostly agree with saneatali's analysis. The card is very pushed, but I don't think it's on the side of being broken. I have made a slight adjustment to the creature type, making it a Spirit Druid instead of an Elf Druid to make it a bit weaker tribal wise.
I like the idea of a one drop green legendary creature with the curiosity effect, but with Kujo I wanted to create a legendary creature that rewarded the player for pumping and attacking with card advantage. I do agree that Kujo could be Simic, but the current design isn't a color pie break.
