Since Red doesn't, I'm looking for suggestions on what it could be. Here's the ones I've come up with so far:
Blazebender1R
Creature - Human Wizard {R}
Flash
When Blazebender enters the battlefield, copy target instant or sorcery spell that targets a player. You may choose new targets for the copy.
2/1
Minotaur PathfinderRR
Creature - Minotaur Advisor {R}
Haste
Whenever Minotaur Pathfinder attacks, defending player reveals the top card of his or her library. If it's a land card, that player puts it into his or her hand.
3/3
Erupting Firefiend1R
Creature - Elemental {R}
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target creature. Exile the top card of your library. You may have Erupting Firefiend deal damage to that creature equal to the exiled card's converted mana cost.
1/1
Hotblood Harnesser1R
Creature - Efreet Wizard {R}
When Hotblood Harnesser enters the battlefield, gain control of target creature with power 3 or less until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn.
1/1
Insatiable Salamander1R
Creature - Salamander {R}
When Insatiable Salamander enters the battlefield, discard three cards, then draw three cards.
1/1
Bevis, Spell Thief 1R
Creature - goblin wizard
Flash
When Bevis enters the battle field copy target instant or sorcery spell another player controls, you may choose new target for this spell
2/1
Butt-Head, the Enkindler 1R
Creature - goblin wizard
Flash, haste
When Butt-Head enters the battle Field copy target sorcery or instant spell you control, you may choose new targets for this spell.
1/1
Blazebender is actually cool as heck! Obviously derivative of Snappy, but there are obvious pros and cons to both. The similar Dualcaster Mage is an okay card but none too powerful; the R discount can make all the difference here. Would be interesting if it could also copy activated and triggered abilities.
Now that I look at it, they may be too good, perhaps Bevis only copies instants, and Butt-Head only copies Sorceries. Fireblast, into copy fireblast, then attack for one is a little much.
Since Magus of the Moon already exists, I don't think Akki Moon-Seer would see print. Also, Red only just got its first 2/2, Falkenrath Reaver, so it would be unlikely to see any red creatures that were this powerful and still 2/2s.

Your new prescription eyeglasses don’t work. You still can’t see things my way.
Storm Conjurer
Mythic - Creature - Elemental Wizard 1R
Flash
When <Cardname> enters the battlefield deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
2/2
I think this card might actually be more broken than any of the other "broken 2-drops" that actually exists. If I'm playing my Tarmagoyf against your red deck with Elemental Wizard, I immediately have to get the 'goyf to 3/4 to even play it, and then I can never actually use it in combat while Storm Conjurer is in your hand you kill my 'goyf and essentially get a free 3/3.
If red gets a powerful 2 drop that sees an amount of play on part with the others, it needs to be distinct both from preexisting cards in its own color and other colors. I mean, nobody would mistake these 5 cards for a cycle, considering it consists of efficient instant and sorcery recursion, the most efficient beater in the game, a tutor that also cheats in equipment, one of the most efficient card advantage engines, and a means to shift power around to any attacking artifact creature. Mystic, Ravager, and Goyf, in particular, depend on the environment around them.
I'm saying this because the derivative options, like "cheaper Magus of the Moon," "Bolt on a stick," or some of the "red Snapcaster" variants that I've seen on this forum, simply wouldn't cut it. I also object to the usage of the term "broken" to describe those 5 because it justifies design ideas that are, well, grossly overpowered. The others owe most of their use to the fact that they did what they did efficiently. Ravager is the only one that consistently takes over games by itself, but it also has the most narrow usage. I'm not sure it even belongs on this list because it fits into so few archetypes, as opposed to the others' broad usability.
WOTC has recently dabbled with a new template on Red spells that essentially taps down a land for an extra turn, so maybe this could apply here? Also pushed stats to connect it Red's hit-'em-hard theme.
Snarling Flame-Flinger1R
Creature - Elemental Hound
Haste
When ~ enters the battlefield, tap target nonbasic land an opponent controls. That land does not untap during its controller's next untap step.
3/2
Blue has Snapcaster Mage.
Green has Tarmogoyf.
White has Stoneforge Mystic.
Black has Dark Confidant.
Colorless has Arcbound Ravager.
