After recently having so much fun with Kaladesh block and Breya, I decided to make some custom cards to dig deeper into the artifact synergy. This is kind of an interesting idea for a duel deck: Both decks are heavily focused on artifacts; although their endgame has different plans. Most importantly, you could mix both decks together and get the best of both worlds!
EDIT: New cards will be added soon!
BRSCRAPRB
The Scrap deck is focused around sacrificing artifacts for value and bringing them back from the graveyard to use them over again. The mythic rare helps you do just that, and it is a force to be reckoned with:
The Molten Salvage4RB
Legendary Artifact Creature - Construct (Mythic)
Trample
Whenever the Molten Salvage or another nontoken artifact you control is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, return that card to your hand unless target opponent pays 3 life.
6/4
The Molten Salvage is a walking Pia's Revolution that gives you the power to recur your artifacts as long as your opponent is not willing to pay life. With so many ways to sacrifice your artifacts, your opponent won't want to continuously pay for your loss.
Here are some of the other new cards in the deck:
Slag Titan1RB
Artifact Creature - Construct (Rare)
Menace
Slag Titan's power and toughness are equal to the number of artifact cards in all graveyards.
*/*
Salvage Surgeon1B
Artifact Creature - Construct (Rare) B, sacrifice a nontoken artifact: Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.
1/2
Scrapyard Sniper3R
Artifact Creature - Construct (Rare)
Whenever a nontoken artifact you control is put in your graveyard from the battlefield, you may deal 1 damage to target creature or player.
3/3
WUTREASUREUW
The Treasure deck is all about building up a machine and repeatedly abusing artifacts with enter the battlefield effects, triggering lifegain and walling-off your enemies. Keeper of the Treasury helps do just that:
Keeper of the Treasury4UW
Legendary Artifact Creature - Construct (Rare)
Vigilance
Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under your control, Reveal the top card of your library. If it's an artifact card, you gain life equal to its converted mana cost, then put that card into your hand. If not, you may put it onto the bottom of your library.
4/6
Whether you're casting the artifacts from your hand or blinking them, Keeper of the Treasury will net you more life and artifact cards to fuel your defenses.
Here are some more custom cards for this deck:
Warden of the Vault2WU
Artifact Creature - Construct (Rare)
Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile target artifact you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control.
2/4
Filigree Sentinel1WU
Artifact Creature - Construct (Common)
When Filigree Sentinel enters the battlefield, you may return target artifact or creature card to its owner's hand.
1/3
Warding Barrier2WU
Artifact (Uncommon)
Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays 1 for each noncreature artifact you control.
Etherium Prison2WW
Artifact (Uncommon)
When Etherium Prison enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent until Etherium Prison leaves the battlefield.
I see a deck with at least two different ways to go infinite with its Myr Retrievers versus a deck with very few means to disrupt said combo. If you went as far as to include friggin' Scrounge in one deck, the other should deserve one grave hate card. It doesn't have to be powerful enough to shut the other deck down completely, but lifegain does a fat lot of good against an infinite combo. Metallic Rebuke and Stoic Rebuttal would also balance things out nicely. Or, you could swap Skullclamp, Blasting Station, and KCI for weaker sac outlets.
These are great! I'm surprised you found so many solid opportunities for reprints. The new cards look very exciting, I'm especially in love with Volatile Explosive.
Have you had a chance to play with these at all yet? I'd be very interested in hearing how that goes/went.
EDIT: New cards will be added soon!

Probably just because I'm trying to find what to cut for it.
And yes, the decks do need some balancing; thanks for spotting out some of the flaws in the decklists.
