Is this effect meant to be a Blazing Archon? Effectively locking your opponent out of combat in 1v1. Why the 'undamaged' clause? Just to stop piling up damage post combat? Because it can still be done during combat predamage.
Its an interesting design but it feels far to busy. This effect would be better on a mono red legend that uses Goads wording and doesn't give the super trample.
While not functional rules text it does convey the intent well enough. For more accurate text I suggest
3RGW, T: Nasira deals 1 damage to each creature you don't control. Goad each creature dealt damage this way. Until your next turn each creature dealt damage this way may assign its combat damage as though it weren't blocked.
Looking at her now I think she would be more interesting if she damaged your own creatures so you could give them super trample as well, though that might push her power over the top.

2) Cards like Basilisk Collar that allow her to get rid of multiple enemies and/or to allow her benefactor to profit.
3) Gahiji, Honored One as the two get along like best friends.
4) Contested War Zone, Crescendo of War, Ghitu War Cry, Master Warcraft, Total War, War Cadence and War's Toll are all quite helpful for her to pit her enemies against each other and escalate the fighting.
5) Lightmine Field, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs and Powertone Minefield are handy for dealing with those who try to go wide with their armies and also when they want to turn on you.
6) She gets along very well with Basandra, Battle Seraph.
7) With the sizable amount of enchantments she would be utilizing, she welcomes the enchantresses like Argothian Enchantress.
8) Wheel of Sun and Moon she finds to be very helpful to protect her assets from graveyard desecration. If such desecration won't happen though, she will utilize tricks like Open the Vaults.
9) Leyline of Punishment helps her get her whip's point across to those who to try to develop a tougher hide.
