Komcha would be worded "XGU, T, remove a +1/+1 counter from Komcha: Create a token that's a copy of target creature."
What's the X in the activation for? I assume its from a previous iteration of the design, as it stands the Xis not referenced by the rest of the card, so the ability costs just 2 mana. It should probably cost at least 3, and should definitely not be able to target himself, otherwise he can endlessly copy himself to refresh his counters.
He's very similar to a design I made for a resurrected Momir Vig, but I used X as a limiter, only copying creatures with CMC X.
Gloria is... strange and interesting.
It might be too powerful for 3 mana. Chump block with a creature, tap to switch it for a token. Get attacked, tap to switch it for a token. I feel like the timing should be limited to outside of combat, like Djinn of Infinite Deceits. I'm having a hard time gaugeing this one though, it feels comborrific.
Sid reminds me of Hydra Omnivore, which suggests that that ability belongs in green. It's a one-of ability that has only been in multiplayer special sets, so I suppose it might fit anywhere. As a commander, you've crafted a mighty aggressive one there, lends itself to turning dudes sideways all day long, punishes players for sitting next to other players that aren't laying down early defenses. The way you have it worded sounds like you want the distributed damage to count as commander damage. I'm not sure if it actually works that way, but if so, that's one heck of an aggressive ability.
Komcha - oops, fixed the templating, and defined X. It sounds like we were thinking along the same lines, as X was meant as a limiter
Gloria - she has 2 limits to her "blinking": she has to tap to do it, so she can only do 1 creature per turn (as compared to Eldrazi Displacer, who can affect multiple creatures per turn), and the nontoken requirement, which means she can only blink any particular creature once (as compared to Eldrazi Displacer who can blink the same creature multiple times in a row to get the ETB effects repeatedly, or to stave off an attack by a powerful creature turn after turn.
She is beefed up by the fact that she can pump (and untap) your creatures, as well as turn your opponents' creatures into tokens if you are playing with bounce or other removal (imagine, token your creature, cast Man-o'-war to blow it away. token another creature, then token the man-o-war to blow the other creature away)
She is definitely hard to attack into with a singular large creature, but if you split up your threats, she can only stop one of them per turn (and leave herself open to any other attacking players). And even if you are using a singular threat, eventually, her ability will run out, as everything will be a token.
I guess the timing could be limited, or a mana cost could be added, though, if she really is abusive.
Sid - Hmmm, I guess I guess I missed Hydra Omnivore. Yeah, this is meant to be an aggressive ability to help Boros decks, as they tend to be aggressive, but with multiple players at the table, they also tend to run out of gas before they can kill everybody.
Hmmm, perhaps if I removed the +1/+1 clause, and instead put a +1/+1 token on the creature as it comes back into play, that would provide more of a reminder?

- Just give him Graft 3 or Sunburst or Modular 3 or something.
- Similarly, I'd rather his activated ability be simple: 1UG, T: Create a token that's a copy of target creature with a +1/+1 counter on it. It enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.

- Token-blinker. Interesting.
- Why not just say "Tokens exist in exile." and "WU: Exile target token, then return it to the battlefield at the end of turn with a +1/+1 counter on it."
Sid the Vicious - Ability is too good. Maybe if it only worked for him... Also, he's a 2/2 for 3 - that's not very big or cool (with Commander players in mind) - maybe if he had partner and let all your legendaries do this?

You should read the original design again. Your design is interesting, but it is radically different from SneakyTodd's design.
Komcha - This seems a bit too good. Possibly charge counters or the like instead of 1/1 counters. It's just too easy to get 1/1 counters on stuff.
Gloria - I definitely agree with some of the earlier posters. How about "Activate this ability only as a sorcery"?
Sid - Too strong for the price. Maybe if it was all creatures, not just yours. Otherwise, that feels like a 6 mana card.
(Radical change, but it would be an interesting angle if it was "All players" instead of "All opponents". That could be an interesting build challenge.)

How does this compare to Saskia the Unyielding? Because I like the way that card does it more.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Its quite different from Saskia. Saskia only spread the damage to one other target and could double damage, while this card makes all of your cards Grenzo's Ruffians. Basically Saskia has use in 1v1 while Sid is a simple double striker.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
