In Champions of Kamigawa, we were introduced to a card called Gifts Ungiven, a tutor that in theory was supposed to make getting any particular card a chance deal, but thanks to cards like Eternal Witness and Reclaim you could practically guarantee getting the two cards you wanted, making Gifts in practice ridiculously good. So good, in fact, it was banned in Modern for a while and is still banned in Commander.
Years later, Rise of the Eldrazi gave us Realms Uncharted, a twist on Gifts that only tutors up lands.
A couple years ago, I posted a topic in this very forum featuring another such twist on Gifts and Realms, using the same kind of naming convention with a Theros flavor: Prayers Unanswered.
Now Kaladesh gives us flavor for an artifact-focused variant.

Search your library for four artifact cards with different names and reveal them. An opponent chooses two of those cards. Put the chosen cards into your graveyard and the rest into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Though I'm wondering if this would work better as a red card? The chance element of Gifts-style cards definitely fits red, and Kaladesh has more than a few red inventors.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Search your library for four creature cards with different names and reveal them. An opponent chooses two of those cards. Put the chosen cards into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. Then shuffle your library.
This would basically be a Buried Alive variant with ridiculous abuse potential thanks to stuff like Gravedigger. Though personally I feel like green still wants to get the creature tutor here. That, or the creature version should be BG a la Jarad's Orders.
To give the card a more black feel:

A tutor that puts creatures into your hand and graveyard in black? Absolutely.
