Dancing Blades (Uncommon) 6
Creature - Spirit
2/4
Flying
First strike
As long as you control two creatures named Dancing Blades, those creatures have double strike.
Resuscitation is out of color. Green doesn't reanimate and White prefers to hit small creatures. As a (W/B) this is perfect but it doesn't really fit green at all.
Dancing Blades this isn't an artifact? Mistake or interesting reason?
Traveling Bard I really don't think +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters should exist in the same set let alone on the same card. Of course its interesting to use something like this but it would probably be better game play if you just remove +1/+1 counters instead of using -1/-1 counters. Most games it accomplishes the same thing without the feel bad of losing your creatures because you fall behind on lands.
Mimic I think all clones are rare.
Phantom Force, interesting card but illusions don't have a history of high power low toughness, I know you're going for the whole if you touch it it vanishes but only 3 of 39 illusions in modern have higher power than toughness. Maybe a glass construct? Or something else obviously brittle?
Instant Karma, oddly enough this card needs to be stronger. In (W/B) you need to gain life otherwise this effect is R. Look at Simulacrum, while white normally only redirects damage, Comeuppance, because this is a retroactively redirecting it is fine. Should probably cost 1 or 2 more.
3(W/U)
Creature - Hippogriff
4/1
Trained Hippogriff doesn’t untap during your untap step.
Flying
(W/U): Untap Trained Hippogriff.
Merfolk Informant (Uncommon)
1(U/B)

1/1
T: Target player draws a card, then discards a card.
Chargoyle (Uncommon)

Goon Squad (Uncommon)
4(R/G)
Creature - Goblin Orc Ogre
6/2
Goon Squad can’t be blocked except by three or more creatures.
Resuscitation (Uncommon)
2(W/B)(W/B)
Sorcery

Nice take on Batwing Brume.
Would Phyrexian Metamorph it all day.
EDIT: Should be an artifact though.

Resuscitation - Now (W/B)
Dancing Blades - Artifact creature.
Traveling Bard - I'm allowing myself to use plus and minus counters in the same set (sparingly) because the set is an homage to Magic's early days.
Mimic - Now rare.
Phantom Force - Changed to Trained Hippogriff. May change again but won't be an illusion.
Instant Karma - Renamed to Recompense, bumped up to rare, and wording vastly improved.
