Overall I love the novelty of your designs, again. If I had to offer a big-picture critique, I would say many of the cards are a bit wordy and are trying to do too many things. I might narrow the focus of the cards with longer text boxes. That being said, here are some card-by-card comments.
Wayward Sorcerers2UU

What is this card trying to do? Gone are the days when shuffling a creature into your library is beneficial; having it in the graveyard gives you a much better chance of getting it back somehow. So I don't see the benefit of the ability. But I do like the reference to Wayward Soul!

I think this is doing too much. I would drop either the Scrying or the card draw. And Scry 5 has only been printed once, so I wouldn't expect to see that high of a Scry printed on a card like this, which is probably going to be an uncommon.

Thoughtfathom Coast

Maybe too powerful? Chances are good you'll hit a land in most decks, so you'll usually get an Opportunity for one less, plus all the colorless mana the land generates.
Artifacts that do nothing without a colored mana are a no go. So Frostmage Heirloom should work more like Neurok Stealthsuit. To accomplish this you may have to remove the +1/+1 bonus. Though at that point it seems odd that its an equipment.
Worldbend doesn't work the way you may think it does. With the way its worded you choose the player and permanent, then you get up to three un/tap choices depending on what is exiled. It seems you want this to un/tap up to three permanents if this is what you intended the easiest way is to drop the targeting on the permanents otherwise the wording will get very cluttered.
Other than that I would like to echo everything alwaysatoad said, very interesting designs and they pointed out the majority of the problems.
This would be my simplified version of Artificer's Insight.

Thoughtfathom Coast seems too good. It should tap for blue but enter tapped maybe. It's a much better Impulse attached to a land.
Talents of the Sphinx is one of my favorite ones.
Worldbend seems too weak.
Traverse the Unseen Realm is a cool mythic.
