First off, Wizards does its utmost to not care about graveyard order nowadays. And second, since the cards go to grave at the same time, I think the 'in any order' clause might be unnecessary. The second ability's pretty good, though caring about enchantments feels a mite odd.
Not sure about Synthesis. It's certainly powerful, but feels very boring. Probably fair-ish? UG isn't a hugely popular combination for control... I suppose it'd depend on the rest of the set and the general environment whether it's stupidly, utterly broken (UG control/midrange abounds, plus basic-typed duals a la Breeding Pool) or unplayed (G gets no control tools, U gets no midrange tools, UG goes unplayed).
As for Mind Dig: I applaud the creativity, but as a result of said creativity I honestly have no idea how powerful it might be. Somewhat, I'd guess -- maybe a bit much for uncommon, especially given its complexity. On the other hand... Yeah, I've no idea.

I would rate him as too powerful currently. On top of a 5/5 flying for 5 CMC that steals something every turn and filters your draws, you also get to filter the opponent's draws so that they can't deal with him for several turns. I would take off the part about arranging the opponent's library. Even then, I might make him cost 6, and he'd still be a great commander.
I like all of these designs but they feel too good.
Synthesis with Nature seems too good without saying basic island and basic forest. This is Divination for 2. That's nothing to sneeze at. Breeding Pool/Tropical Island makes this far too easy.
Nico Bolas is too strong. He has a very powerful enter the battlefield ability that is essentially, fateseal 3 for each opponent. He has a triggered ability at your upkeep that doesn't cost anything that gives you excellent card advantage while hurting your opponent. Not to mention he's a 5/5 with evasion. If he were to not have any changes, he'd need to cost 7 or 8. If you made him cost 2RRUUBB you could change his triggered ability to target noncreature permanent and make his body a little bigger (maybe a 7/7)
With Mind Dig what happens to the cards that you didn't put to your hand. Do they go to the bottom of your library like Impulse or back on top or to the graveyard? I'm assuming it's bottom of library/graveyard because the card is named Mind Dig. In this case, it's basically Impulse at sorcery + Each player discards a card. It's a little better than that, because while you skip your next draw step, you are more likely to get the answers you need sooner rather than later. It's a hard card to evaluate, but seems too good.
