Continuing my small series on designing various cards, here is my attempt at doing something interesting with white. These were a lot harder to design than the cards in my previous thread on green. Criticism and comments on all areas (color pie adherence, balance, flavor, etc) are of course highly appreciated.
Clerics of Thraben4W
Creature – Human 1W: You gain 3 life. If you activated this ability two or more times this turn, target player sacrifices an enchantment.
2/4
Talented Hoplite2W
Creature – Human Soldier
Whenever Talented Hoplite blocks or becomes blocked, choose one:
. Put a +1/+1 counter on Talented Hoplite.
. Talented Hoplite gains first strike until end of turn.
2/1
Grand Mason Shevina2W
Legendary Creature - Human
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control ten or more Walls, you win the game. 2WW, T: Create a 1/5 white Wall creature token with defender, then put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
2/2
Animated Palace
Artifact Creature T: Add W to your mana pool.
2/8
Goblet of Guardians3
Legendary Artifact T: Add C to your mana pool. XWW, T: Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature you control that blocked this turn. You gain X life.
Burst of Courage2WW
Instant
Whenever you gain life this turn, untap target creature and put that many +1/+1 counters on it.
Cycling W
Cat’s Guidance1W
Sorcery
Choose one:
. Create a 1/1 white Cat creature token with “Opponents can’t cast spells during your turn.”
. Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Scry 3.
Knighthood Ceremony2W
Sorcery
Create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance. Draw a card.
Flashback – Tap two untapped creatures you control. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
Chasing the Sunrise3WW
Enchantment
Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for 1 or one mana of that creature’s color.)
Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is a Plains, creatures you control get +2/+2 and have lifelink.
Stargaze Corona1W
Enchantment – Aura
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has vigilance and “T: Add W to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast enchantment spells or activate abilities of enchantments.”
The Heaven’s Judgement2WW
Legendary Enchantment – Aura
Enchant player or planeswalker
Whenever enchanted player or planeswalker is attacked, you may create a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying and vigilance.
Haven of Sanctity
Land T: Add C to your mana pool. 2WW, T: You have hexproof until end of turn. Scry 1. (You can’t be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control this turn.)
These seem far more tame than your other colors. The power level on these is all over the place but I only want to mention a few.
Grand Mason Shevina is too easy to use. Counting just any creatures required double this number so it isn't insanely low just too low, maybe 15.
Clerics of Thraben its probably better if you make this only remove one enchantment, so use the wording of Soulbright Flamekin
Burst of Courage this is the type of card that has too much combo potential, Soulmender being the obvious one.
Haven of Sanctity straddles the line between broken and unplayable. This is the strongest repeatable effect on any modern land. It effectively reads "2WW: Counter a spell that targets you. Scry 1" To get this much advantage from a land it usually has to sacrifice itself. This is the greatest mana sink in the last 10 years and has close to 0 opportunity cost. I'm not sure how to keep it good without keeping it insane because every turn hexproof is over the top at this low of a cost.
Stargaze Corona isn't too weak. Compare it to Vigilance. Stargaze Corona does everything Vigilance does plus it generates mana in a color that is supposed to be bad at that. Haven of Sanctity is very good and feels like it should be legendary.
Wizened Whitehorn 1W
Creature – Rhino Monk
Defender
Whenever Wizened Whitehorn blocks, scry 1.
1/3
Clerics of Thraben 4W
Creature – Human
1W: You gain 3 life. If you activated this ability two or more times this turn, target player sacrifices an enchantment.

Knighthood Ceremony is too strong.
Chasing the Sunrise is a fun design.
