I think Demons are harder to bring out-of-color than Hydras are. At least Hydras used to be mostly red and you could easily make an undead version for a lazy way to make one black. Even Kamigawa has difficulty making its oni red.
The power level of these designs is all over the place - usually rather on the weak side, like with the monowhite one, where you made a lifelinky Phantom Tiger a rare, but I like how you were able to get the Hydra "feel" for all of them, without always just using +1/+1 counters.
I feel like doing one of these for the other iconics.
Also, obscure MTGS fact - Voila!, one of my fellow CCC&G spammers from the wild west days, made an actual cycle of Nephilim Hydras. Like, that's what they said on the typeline.

Ketotrienos is meant to be from a future Return to Theros where Vehicle is used for ships. It's totally Scylla.
The idea with Exquisite Project is that you finish it and then you turn it on, I guess?
I'm glad you like Ghost-Tongue Hydra because it's one of my favorites (next to Dune Burster.)
