Have an idea for a special "construct" creature that would count as every permanent type, but am running into difficulty with the planeswalker aspect of it. If it did count as a planeswalker, would it need loyalty counters? Could it be attacked? Does it even matter? The purpose of the card is for transfer/multiplication of counters. HELP!
If a planeswalker has no loyalty counters on it, it is put into the graveyard as a state based action, the same way an aura is put into the graveyard if it isn't enchanting anything. If your creature 'is' every permanent type then it needs to have loyalty counters or it will be put into the graveyard. In addition any time it is dealt damage it will remove that many loyalty counters form it, causing it to die when it has 0. It would be able to be attacked, and if the creatures were unblocked they would deal damage to your creature, which would mark damage on the creature and remove that many loyalty counters from it. For your purpose of transferring/multiplying counters it probably doesn't have to be every type. If you post your idea the rules for it can be hammered out more efficiently than if you just ask questions that may or may not actually pertain to the card you wish to make.
