This is based on those suit up montages you see in action shows and the like. Basically, you get to attach each Equipment you control to one of your creatures.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
In think the wording you may have to use is 'For each Equipment you control, you may attach it to a creature you control.' Im 95% sure thats the proper wording, since the first part should make it seperate attach effects for each individual equipment you control.

How about "For each Equipment you control, you may choose a creature you control and attach that Equipment to that creature"?

That still sounds ambiguous as to whether or not you have to attach all Equipment to the same creature. I would also rather avoid targeting if possible.
What about a different angle: "For each creature you control, you may attach any number of Equipment you control to that creature."

If I were in charge of printing this card I would want it to be a Sorcery, but it is very cool to imagine it at instant speed. You attack me? Suddenly, all my Equipment flies onto my creatures, as if the creatures were magnetic!
Attach any number of target Equipment you control to any number of target creatures you control.
How is this ambiguous?
You can choose different numbers of targets for Equipment and creatures. It can still make some sense if you choose more Equipment than creatures, but it gets awkward if you choose more creatures than Equipment.

Oohhh... so not ambiguous, just needlessly poses an impossible scenario. I was aware of that glitch, just thought it was regulated by the comprehensives. Like, it would "fizzle" if you were to choose one target artifact and two target creatures.
Not impossible, though. If you picked a single equipment and a hundred creatures, it just attached to each one in order, detaching from the previous one in turn and ending up attached to the last one. Actually I think that still happens if you choose the right number, all your equipments dance between all your creatures and end up in the same one.
Also remember that there are some things that trigger when something equips or unequips, for which reason alone I'd like to vote for "Attach each of any number of Equipments you control to a creature you control. (You don't have to choose the same creature for all.)
The intent is that players can't abuse equip/unequip effects because attaching the equipment happens during resolution, meaning players can't, for example, equip Paradise Mantle to Creature A, tap it for mana, then attach it to Creature B and tap that for mana. Paradise Mantle is only ever attached to a single creature as a result of the spell.

You wouldn't be able to use Paradise Mantle's ability like that in that scenario because you can only activate mana abilities while you have priority or while you are paying costs. The problem with the Equipment bouncing around all of the selected creatures (which I don't think it would) would just be triggered abilities when Equipment becomes attached or unattached (like Stitcher's Graft or some future Equipment version of Bramble Elemental) or state based triggers based on a creature's P/T or abilities (like Student of Elements).
So, to avoid unintentional attach/unattach shenanigans it should say "For each Equipment you control, you may choose a creature you control and attach that Equipment to it"?
