This is surely blue. Card 4: Is this having you sacrifice a spell? You mean, "Counter target spell you control named Card 2: [EFFECT]."? This is probably green. Card 5:4BB Card 6:2BBB

Don't hold so fast to your idea of what Magic and the Color Pie is or should be. Just because it was done in the past, but isn't done in the present doesn't mean it can't be done at all. Likewise, just because it wasn't done at all doesn't mean it can't be done.
Here's a tip: If you suggest changing a card...it's helpful to suggest HOW it should be changed.
I think card 6 can cost a lot less than 3BB or 4BB. It's not very easy to get rid of indestructible enchantments and as long as it's on the battlefield, you can't win. Making it cost as much as Staff of Nin makes it utterly not playable.
