Goblin TrailblazerR Creature - Goblin Scout(C)
Distinguished (This creature is legendary as long as you control no others with the same name.)
When Goblin Trailblazer enters the battlefield, legendary creatures you control gain haste until end of turn.
2/1
Faithful CompanionW Creature - Human Soldier(C) Destiny - Faithful Companion gets +1/+1 as long as you control a legendary creature. "Perhaps I have no great fate in store for me. But as long as I follow those who do, my life has purpose."
Onaasi River Serpent4U Creature - Serpent(C)
Distinguished (This creature is legendary as long as you control no others with the same name.)
Oonasi River Serpent can't attack unless you control two or more legendary creatures. It takes many a strong hand to tame the stubborn serpents of Onaasi - but sometimes a great man and a great beast see eye to eye.
5/5
Triune Witches2B Creature - Human Shaman(C)
Distinguished (This creature is legendary as long as you control no others with the same name.)
- When Triune Witches enters the battlefield, if you control a legendary creature, you draw a card and you lose 1 life. "We see great fortune soon shall come to you - and just a drop of blood if it be true."
2/3
Woodshaper's Blessing2G Instant(C)
Masterstroke (Once per game, you may cast a card with this name as a masterstroke. If you do, exile it as it resolves.)
Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. If Woodshaper's Blessing is a masterstroke, instead put there +1/+1 counters on that creature.
Koyaana Thunderlord4RR Creature - Giant Shaman(R)
Distinguished (This creature is legendary as long as you control no others with the same name.)
First strike
Whenever a legendary creature you control attacks, it deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.
4/5
White Sand Harbor Land(R)
Distinguished (This land is legendary as long as you control no others with the same name.)
White Sand Harbor enters the battlefield tapped unless you control a legendary land. T: Add W or U to your mana pool.
(This last one is basically an ABU dual if you only run one of it. Is that too strong? I dunno. I'm kicking around ideas for a Distinguished dual of some kind, but nothing really good is coming.)
Both distinguished and masterstroke are pretty much deckbuilding-based: You're going to want to play cards with both mechanics as one-offs, and since that space is so similar, I'd recommend using only one (probably distinguished, since it actually supports a larger theme).
Goblin Trailblazer also definitely needs to be either 1/1 or rare for Limited purposes...
I don't think White Sand Harbor is an ABU dual. The first White Sand Harbor will enter the battlefield tapped, the second White Sand Harbor will etb untapped, then all subsequent White Sand Harbors will ETB tapped. I could be wrong, but that is the intuitive way the card should work.
I really don't like distinguished. It doesn't do anything interesting. It adds a layer of mechanical complexity just to make Legend Tribal work. The thing is, legend tribal already works. You don't need cards that are Psuedo-Legend.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

Distinguished serves a good way to both have legends at lower rarities and get around some of the difficulties of building a deck with legends. Bounce and sacrifice could do interesting things in this set. For example:
Bloody Legacy 1B
Instant
Sacrifice a creature. You may put a creature card with the same name as that creature onto the battlefield.
Distinguished and Masterstroke fall into the same pitfalls that made some Kamigawa mechanics flop, trying to hard to make the theme work mechanically. Destiny works excellently for getting the theme to work at common. It lets you make average common and uncommon cards that get a boost if you have a legendary creature. Theres also another additional option to help the theme work at common and uncommon.....Double face cards! Just give them certain conditions to transform into a legendary creature.
