There's a secret war on Paliano; a game of thrones and thieves. Lead secretly by Marchesa; assassins, rogues, and other mercenaries work to thwart King Brago's eternal rule using stealthy tactics and cunning. However, the King has lived for far too long to be supplanted by cut-throat thieves and murderous scum. Do they take him for a fool? Will Marchesa finally claim the thrown, taking down Brago and his rule? Or will Brago keep the order and persevere? You decide!
Duel Decks: Brago vs Marchesa will feature 8 new cards, including two Mythic Rare alternate art legends. The decks will be made to fit the flavor and theme of each character as best as possible. I encourage anyone and everyone to offer suggestions as to which cards (Real or Fake) to add to my decklists! Everyone can have a say in what cards make the most sense. The decklists are still under construction, but here are some rules I'm trying to follow:
- Overall, the decklists can be fairly good, leaning towards some of the better Duel Decks printed.
- I want to use only cards that could be in Paliano. Nothing with names from other Planes.
- I want the decks to be as flavorful and functional as possible!
Maybe change the ability on Marchesa to work like Fossil Find. Like, "Whenever an opponent loses life, return a card at random from your graveyard to your hand, then reorder your graveyard as you choose."
For the deck, Temporal Extortion may be a good fit for Marchesa.

I see where you get the idea, but why does the graveyard have to be reordered?
I assume it's because, by the rules, you can't normally, which makes getting a card at random from it very hard. The reason for that is because of old cards that cared about GY order.

The graveyard doesn't have to be reordered, as there are already cards that pull from the graveyard at random that don't do that, but as willows said, it makes the randomization process easier, and also because of older cards caring about graveyard order. Ultimately, it's up to you.

TLDR, if you have all cards from Urza's Saga and later, graveyard order isn't relevant.
