Khrat Sellglade looks interesting as well . . . to clean it up a bit:
Khrat Sellglade 2WW
Creature - Human Knight
Vigilance
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may reveal the top card of your library until you reveal a creature card, then put all cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
3/3
It lessens the chances of drawing a creature card - or if it's the only creature you run it can allow you to rearrange your entire library? I don't know still seems interesting.
My favorite thing about all this is we can speculate and try to come up with cards based on what the computer is trying to do.
Sort of like Modern computer chess instead of just playing against the computer we can use the computer alongside the designers own skill to make new interesting cards.
That's fantastic. I love that you could use it to rearrange your entire library however you want. That's awesome.
Freaking amazing. Thank you! What do you use to generate these renders, and where you get the art? (I think these are all arts from actual cards, but I can't think of which ones, and where did you get just the art to fit into the frame?)

But remember, you can only do it if there are no time counters on him.

I use Magic Set Editor 2 and none of the art is on existing cards.
You know, I'm not shocked that a computer can create some fairly interesting cards by today's standards.
Under Rosewater's direction they've pretty much removed anything iconic from the colours and have pretty much produced a 'block' template that a monkey could produce from. 98% crap vanilla bears with new names, 2% chase mythic cards that sell boxes, 0% the soul of the game as it was before he got a hold of it.
I think that's where a designer came come in. The computer comes up with these great ideas or with key words that have no meaning and a designer can pick and choose and make the card make sense. For example I made him a Human knight instead of an Angel - or another designer could have kept it as an angel and given it flying instead of vigilance.
That's where I see the use in this program as it can work alongside designers to make really awesome card - that is unless Talcos comes back tomorrow and tells us that after another day of learning the computer starts making cards that are better than anything we can do.

Well, after I have the new experimental hardware set up, we'll just have to see about that, haha.
Any chance someone can center the text on Arnoftuee, a la Murder? I smell my first ever new avatar... (Seriously amazing job. I also find it hysterical that a card with art that evocative an such a cryptic function wouldn't have flavor text.)

Slow your roll there, friend. There are many different types of players. Let's remember to appreciate everyone's playstyle and, in fact, the game itself. I might not agree with everything MaRo has done with the game, but you can't deny he's been instrumental in pushing M:TG to its insane heights today.

Ahh, and the All Change Is Bad crowd finally shows up to derail the most interesting thread on this forum in a long time.
MaRo has been in charge for... a long time now. So why are you still invested enough in Magic to post on a forum to complain about it after all these years, if you hate it so badly?
I've dabbled a bit with the RNN at work today, and it has spewed out a couple of gems.
Moss 2W
Artifact
Each player shuffles his or her hand.
Demonic to you Cyclom 1W
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and has feel.
Living Paladin XUU
Enchantment
White spells cost 3 more to cast.
Granish Mine W
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Artifact
At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted land is a Forests until your next upkeep. 2: Remove any number of combat damage to you don't phase a color. If you do, put this card into your hand as you player remains that player's library.
Demonic to you Cyclom 1W
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and has feel.
Can't escape the feels.
Living Paladin XUU
Enchantment
White spells cost 3 more to cast.
Brutal hoser, despite making zero sense.

What a cool idea! Just a note, the "hybrid black/black" mana symbol in Amarogge Warfos is actually a chaos icon from the dice used in Planechase. It makes no sense there, but it shows your program was really going for some deep cuts
Okay, last time I'll do this, and then I'll stop for now until I can rerun the algorithm with better parameters.
Here are a few examples from the poorly trained versions of the network:
Sinat Bawe 1R
Sorcery
Sexend R (You may pay an additionall you control gains indearth target artifact creature.)
Shisyfllen-Rand Thaters 0
Artifact
Trample
#It has trample (spelled correctly!), but it's an inanimate artifact. Unfortunately, if you use Karn's Touch or some equivalent to animate it, it will die immediately. So this is a mystery wrapped inside an enigma.
Bronfustaris Kinazorssorge
Land T: Destroy target creature without power Wobling.
#Yes, that is literally what it gave me.
Coxdorin Carro 1B
Enchantment
Each creature you control with flying controls leaves the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it.
Creessavage Aty 2WW
Creature - Elemental Wizard
Discard Creessavage Aty: Draw a card. Prevent the next 2 damage that would be dealt to you this turn.
3/3
Plasser Arpiot 1BB
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant land
As long as you control Plasser Arpiot, you may tap target creature you control.
#I guess that means you can tap your own creatures whenever you feel like it.
And here are some examples from the fully trained network:
Prochonomance 6
Artifact Creature - Golem
Whenever Prochonomance attacks or blocks alone, you may pay 1R. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
5/5
Carnor Sprith 3B
Creature - Fish
Inlect (When this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may put a 2/2 green Wolf creature token with deathtouch onto the battlefield.)
2/2
#A complete reinterpretation of infect, looks like.
Moltyr Defender 2B
Enchantment
Whenever a player discards a card, discard a card.
Flowad's Berserker 2G
Creature - Zubera Burriar
Flying, first strike, haste
Whenever Flowad's Berserker attacks, it gains indestructible until end of turn.
{1}{W}: $THIS gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is that number of permanents in your hand.
3/3
Masted Woods 5GG
Creature - Spirit
Flying
Whenever a nonland permanent enters the battlefield, strive 2.
3/3
#Another mysterious keyword.
Strong Shield 3W
Creature - Human Knight
Whenever Strong Shield attacks, you may return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
2/2
#Not sure how on point this is colorwise, but very flavorful. We shall leave no one behind!
Rootwanding Charm 1W
Instant
Target land becomes a 1/1 black Boar creature.
Uniclings 2BB
Creature - Lhurge B,T, Sacrifice Uniclings: Choose one - Destroy all artifacts
* Destroy all artifacts.
* Creatures you control get +1/+1.
2/2
#This time it actually came up with multiple clauses for a "choose one" card. Nice! But it also set no duration on the +1/+1, which is also very rare for the RNN.
When people post their results, are they cherry-picking a handful of coherent or particularly amusing examples out of thousands of sample cards? Or are these typical outputs chosen mostly at random?
I wish that 1) WotC employees could look at these and 2) they still did invitationals, because this would be the best invitation limited format EVER.
That being said, these are awesome, and I wanted to note that when you resolve Roon War Medoma, you have to name a card legal for the format. Luckily, you can (probably) legally name Roon War Medoma.

Honestly, these outputs are fairly typical. Of course, there are also a bunch of vanilla cards and bland, colorshifted versions of existing ones, and I didn't report many of those.

I'm really glad I'm not the only one who has been inspired by this post to waste a lot of time getting the program running... I'll probably let the neural network churning over night and see if my training parameters are good for anything
Thanks to the OP for sharing, it's both hilarious and genuinely interesting.
This is the greatest thread in the history of this forum. Bravo, OP. Bravo, R-Shig.
Now we just need some sort of random art generator to give these hilarious abilities some equally hilarious flavor.
The Wolfram Alpha team is working on image identification software, so if you filter images to match the creature type(s) of a randomly generated card the process becomes reliable.
That's fantastic. I love that you could use it to rearrange your entire library however you want. That's awesome.
