At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 0/1 white Goat creature token onto the battlefield.
As long as you control seven or more creatures, attacking creatures you control get +2/+0 and have trample.
2/2
This card is for my Return to Kamigawa block, and serves as both a fun Goat lord, as well as a good rare in Limited for thd R/W token deck.

This depends on the format you're creating, but requiring 7 creatures to get the attack buff seems a bit win-more. Lowering the threshold I think creates more involved combat scenarios on both sides. If the threshold's too high, it pushes the player to just wait and build up a board before committing to attacking. Lowering it gets the player moving earlier. Plus, a 2/2 four-drop is a pretty easy body to get rid of even in limited, so opponents ought to have enough wiggle room to not let this guy get out of hand.
Consider Mardu Strike Leader. Solid first pick (not a bomb) in Limited, extreme fringe playable in Constructed. Somewhat similar effect but miles better.
Feels to me that he could be a 2/4 and the goats 1/1.
On a side note - the trinket text fan in me thinks Goat tokens should have "when this dies, gain 1 life" because goats are tasty.
