I'd like to point out that Dream-Stealer Witch doesn't work. By the time the layers system comes around to determining whether a creatures toughness is greater than its power, the layer for gaining abilities will have already passed, so those creatures would also be unable to gain dreamwalk.
Haven't had time to listen to the podcast yet, but the rest of the card renders look good.

So static effects can't grant abilities based on power and toughness? There surely already are some cards like this.
There aren't. Do a search for "creatures with power". There are a number of one-shot effects and a lot of blocking restrictions. No static abilities. It's like Tabak's pet example, "Creatures with flying are blue." It looks like a valid effect, but it's confusing when an ability on layer N modifies a characteristic on layer (less-than)N, so it's not done.
I do think Dreamscythe Druid, specifically caring about creatures being cheated into play, makes plenty of sense in green. Also, it seems like it works really well with Premonition.
On that note, do you think there could be a card like "Creatures with haste get +1/+1"? Or is that impossible? If so that's too bad, because I was hoping to have a cycle of those in my set

Since we've done a lot of design challenges so far, I'd like to flip it to everyone here. What suggestions do you have for our next design challenge? We've gotten some interesting suggestions so far.

I agree that trample and intimidate together are pretty redundant. May I suggest changing the "intimidate" to "dreamwalk"?
Keep up the good work!
