While these are meant to be commanders, some of them are unbelievably broken. Jukai, for example, is a near guaranteed turn 3 win in modern, turn 2 or 1 in eternal (or with luck, also a turn 3 kill in EDH). Turn 1, toss a burn spell, turn 2 accelerate or another burn spell, cast Jukai, win. Even if for some reason you don't have enough life to finish your opponents outright, drawing 10 or so cards into your combo certainly cements a win. In fact, I really can't see jukai as being fair unless it's costed in "nope, cant reasonably cast this and I need to animate/cheat it into play or something" -- 7cc or more. Even at 20cc it would still be an eternal staple, because then it would and animation target and still an immediate win once its in play, making animator a full turn faster, so in addition to the ludicrous casting cost it's going to need an anti-reanimation clause.
Abundance is 4cc. Sagosi costs less AND has hexproof to boot, and as a commander good luck of getting rif of it permantently. Not as stupidly broken as Jukai, but still undercosted.
